Services
In 1958 Bob Shilling and John Day opened D & S Glass and focused their attention on windshield installation and glass repair. Don Smith took over ownership of the company in 1968, until the current owner of our company, Mike LaTone, purchased the business in 1991. Mike had previously managed the Glass & Paint Center, a division of Falconer Glass Industries, on E. Second Street for 21 years.
D & S Glass is proud to handle residential installations and repairs for your windows, doors and more. We have been handling jobs that include vinyl window replacement, storm and steel entry door installations, custom glass shower doors and more for over 60 years. We will custom manufacture any windows and doors that you may be looking for to fit the existing openings and can meet any requested sizes for new projects.

My Dad was born and raised in Celeron. He enlisted in the Marines in the early 70s and continued his military career in the Mid-west as an officer. He recently decided to retire in Bemus Point with my Mom. We rented a moving truck which was contracted with D & S Glass to move our parent's belongings back to Lake Chautauqua. The truck broke down on us while crossing the I-86 bridge. This obviously created many delays and required the rental company to hire a moving company to pack our items into a new truck. My windshield had a huge crack in it due to a recent hail storm. I was concerned with the quarantine due to the corona virus that I would have trouble getting it fixed right away but D&S got us in the next day and we got four van back a couple hours later and looks great! Would definately recommend them.
