Used this father son company today, and they were fantastic. I need another copy of my car key. They answered the phone right away, gave me price quotes for both a plain key and one with remote locking mechanism, came to my workplace and made the copy right on the spot. All before the dealer even called me back to let me know if they could do this. Very friendly and professional.

My car key broke off in my ignition and I was panicking! I called and spoke to Paul who was extremely friendly and helpful. He got to my car ASAP and had the broken part of the key out in minutes. He is a lifesaver! I definitely recommend Lock Works!

This Guy is the best. I have been calling him for years with any lock-outs , any key duplicates, door lock replacements and great service. He has unlocked my door when I have been locked out of my home. He has replaced my Honda civic key and remote. Has replaced my motorcycle key . I just recently purchased a home and he replaced all locks to match one key entry. Best service and price around. I called Lock Works to look at an old lockset that wasn't catching. Dustin came out that morning, removed the piece and tried to repair it onsite. When he was unable to repair it onsite he took the piece to the office where he thought he may have the right parts to fix it. He came back that afternoon with the original part repaired. It actually works better than it ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to call Lock Works again for any lock smith issues. They are honest, upfront and don't try to upsell if something can be repaired using most of the original parts. Good company.

Keys at my daughter's house have not been working properly. I called Lock Works on 8/9/18 to have locks replaced. Dustin asked me to take pictures of the locks and text them to him.
Based on his review, he said that he did not think that locks had to be replaced and that the existing locks could be rekeyed at a cost of about half of what it would cost to change the locks.
Dustin came out out 8/10/18 and rekeyed the locks, which work fine now! He was very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend Lock Works to anyone!

Truly impressed with the level service and professionalism. Our front door wasn't closing properly and the deadbolt was jammed. I called Lock Works and they picked up right away. Paul and Dustin came over shortly after I called to tackle the lock. I live in an old house with old locks/door knobs and I was really impressed with their level of knowledge. They explained everything to me, and promptly got to work. In less than an hour everything was fixed and working better than it had before. Such a great experience!

I just had the misfortune of locking myself out of my house. The business owner arrived very quickly, which was such a relief on a hot day like today; within 10-15 minutes of my call. Once he arrived he had my door unlocked in under 10 seconds. He even went to the store to give me change because l only had a big bill. Quick service you can trust!

My fiancee and I were out on our porch having breakfast. When we got up to go inside we found that we had locked ourselves out. We looked up reviews on Yelp and Google and decided to call Lock Works. Dustin answered the phone and said he'd be there in 40 minutes. He arrived 20 minutes later. He quickly determined the back door would be easier to open than the front, despite the deadbolt.
