I had two appointments to get a quote. The first was cancelled due to traffic which I understand. It was rescheduled for the following day, but I received an email (not a phone call) one hour before the appointment saying he could not make it due to a hectic schedule. There was no offer to come another time or concern over losing a potential client. That is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business when they are not organized enough to keep an appointment for a quote. Everyone has a hectic schedule.
