Nephi came out to inspect a water leak from the roof. He was really informative and helpful in locating the problem, and even caulked the whole area at no charge. If we continue to have roofing problems, I will be calling Oswego Roofing again. They seemed to be the only company that could locate what was going on! What a relief.

My home has a huge pine tree in the front yard that drips sap and drops pine cones all over my roof. Oswego Roofing came and cleaned my whole roof off and removed a ton of things I had no idea were up there. They did such a great job that I've signed up for their maintenance package. From the owner to the employees, this is an amazing company. Thank you Oswego Roofing for taking care of my roofing needs, and I will be sure to use you when its time for a new roof.

Contacted Oswego roofing on the recommendation of a neighbor. An employee came out to give a bid and then let me know that 50% deposit was needed at time of scheduling ($897) which was fine. The following week, my card was charged the other half (another $897) before they even came to clean the roof & gutters. When I called I was told this was an error, it shouldn't have happened and they guaranteed since I was now paid in full, nothing more needed to be charged to my card. The team came out and cleaned and did a satisfactory job. Roof and gutters were cleaned to our satisfaction, mess

Oswego Roofing was professional and prompt when creating an estimate for us in regards to getting our roof cleaned. They performed the task(s) at hand as promised, and I came home to a clean roof, gutters and area around the house where the flotsam and jetsam would have landed. I have owned several homes during the past 25 years here in the Lake Oswego area. Inevitably, the Pacific Northwest weather will take its toll on any roofing system (shake, tile or composite), so having a professional, well-skilled, friendly, honest and reliable roofing company is vital. There are so many fly-by-night roofers who set up business and have a convincing sales pitch, but they perform poor work, then close their doors by legally dissolving on a routine basis, then rinse and repeat. So many roofing companies in Oregon and Southeast Washington are not reliable and their warranties

Oswego Roofing cleaned the roof and gutters on my two-story home and detached garage today. The work was started and completed on time and looks great. They also pressure washed my driveway, walkways, and sidewalk. While this was probably an upsell item, I wanted it done and agreed to it. It all looks really good. I am planning to engage them for annual roof and gutter maintenance. Very pleased.

Oswego Roofing did a great job on our new roof. I was impressed with the face to face service, solid workmanship, and timely results. They completed the job on time, despite a late start (due to product delay). I rated only 4 stars because communication during the roof construction was a little slim. I called our project manager and didn't hear back from him for 6 hours the first time, and then a later call at 2pm wasn't returned until 11 am the next day. This was pretty frustrating.

Purchased a coupon for their services off of Living Social. I expected I'd have to pay more than the coupon value due to the size of my roof but their bid was higher than a previous bid from Roof Life of Oregon. I canceled my voucher so can't speak for their work but was not happy to be sold a "discounted" service that was just an upsale.

Oswego Roofing just completed a full moss removal, gutter cleaning, and roof inspection/maintenance on my 1928 craftsman. Freezing cold outside but they didn't rush or cut any corners. The roof looks brand new and the house and driveway is cleaner than when they got here. Why not five stars you ask? I did have a little trouble on the scheduling side but their work is flawless. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner who was personable, knowledgeable and truly took pride in his work.

Unfortunately with this weeks wind storm a branch went through my roof like a javelin. The branch went straight through into my attic space. I phoned Oswego Roofing at noon. A man answered the phone. He listened to my problem and asked me to hold. Moments later the owner got on the line and said he would be over shortly to investigate the problem. He arrived within 30 minutes with a second employee and supplies. The work began immediately and continued for a little under an hour. I'd purchased and almost $400 roof cleaning package deal and was instructed to call or email to schedule the service. I did both, for weeks, with no response. It ended up taking over two months to get our service scheduled and every single employee I interacted with was incredibly rude.
When I got the initial job estimate the company attempted to charge us $60 for a service that was included in the deal package ("a complete clean-up and wash of your driveway, house, walkways, and plants"). When I pointed out

Purchased a living social offer for moss removal and gutter cleaning. Our roof (obe stor home) is in very good condition with minimal moss but we thought it would be nice to have it cleaned & treated. After waiting many months someone came to look over our job and immediately tried to up-sell us - emphasizing we need to spend more than twice the advertised amount. He agreed our roof was in good condition but said we still needed the more expensive package. I explained we would be moving soon and didn't want to invest that much money. Ultimately he agreed to honor the advertised price
