This service deserves less than one star. I scheduled a week in advance for a 10 am appointment on Friday 12/8. We went over all the details of the clean and what I expected. I told them I would not be available during specific hours by phone that morning as I was in with patients. I was told I would be called on Friday morning, and that they would get specific instructions for where I hid the key, directions, and I would give them more cleaning details. I called Thursday night but they did not answer. I called Friday morning at 8 and left a message describing what I wanted done, directions to
