Machtinger Landscaping, founded by Noah Machtinger, has a team of successful professionals who serve customers on the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula. We specialize in landscape installation and have been enriching people's lives with quality landscapes since 2011. Everyone who works for Machtinger has a genuine passion for landscaping and for helping each of our clients fulfill their landscape vision based on their needs, wants and budget.
We are passionate about the landscapes we create and conscious of their impact on the surrounding ecosystem. Our landscapes incorporate native and Mediterranean plants that thrive in our unique climate on the peninsula whenever possible - including plants that attract and provide food and shelter for native insects, birds and wildlife.
On all but the most basic projects we strongly recommend that our clients have a design produced for their new landscape. Designers have the technical training and artistic vision to help bring your vision for your landscape to reality. They add a sense of skill, proportion and structure to ensure designs are successful.
Specialty features such as outdoor showers, kitchens, fire pits, bocce courts and water features. We work closely with a network of other contractors, including general builders and subcontractors specializing in pools, driveways, and artificial turf. In doing so we have considerable experience in anticipating and coordinating the most efficient way to coordinate the work flow for your project.
In addition to our 1 year follow up assessment of your landscape we also offer several maintenance and water management services to help you preserve the health, integrity and functionality of your landscape. Machtinger did a great job fixing a lawn sprinkler issue that I was having. They came out quickly, fixed the issue, and charged a very reasonable price. They did such a good job, that I ended up hiring them again to install drip irrigation on all of our flowerbeds. Noah is very knowledgable, and helped us pick a smart controller that can water our yard and plants more efficiently. Noah recently completed a one-day project for us -- installing seven large landscaping boulders on our property. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish -- responsive, easygoing, professional, and generous with his time and ideas. The actual installation went smoothly, and even though the excavator had to maneuver the boulders over fences and under tree branches, Noah and his team were extremely careful and we suffered no damage at all to our property. In three short days Noah Machtinger transformed my backyard patio into a beautiful oasis. Noah and his team are great. They installed new hardscape, irrigation, rebuilt part of a fence and put in new grass and plants throughout our front and back yards. They provided helpful suggestions along the way so we could adjust some of the plans. His crew was efficient and courteous. I used Noah for my garden project. I wanted to have the grass removed from my front yard and wanted to have a garden that would look like a field of wildflowers with all bight colors.
