Cloudiness in the glass. There should be an airtight seal between the two panes of glass on all of your windows. When the seal fails, moisture will build up on the inside of the outside pane of glass because that has the coldest surface. Failed seals are a sure sign that it's time to replace. Siding may not be on your radar, but it's a very important part of the health of your home.

I had high hopes for customer service with this company because the salesperson was extremely thorough in taking measurements for my custom exterior door. In fact, he came back to verify measurements before placing the order. During the sales process, Jamie answered my questions, tried to upsell me several times, etc. I paid a premium for my door because I expected customer service to be excellent.
Understandably, there were supply chain delays during the pandemic. I placed my order for an exterior door in April and it did not arrive until August (normally 4-6 weeks, not 4 months). However

I purchased windows for my entire house approximately 15 years ago from Tommy at Windows plus. The windows included a fifty year guarantee. Now at least 12 of my windows have broken seals, broken locks and the windows will not stay up. When I spoke to Tommy, after leaving at least 10 messages his response was that the window manufacturer was out of business and he could not do anything. He sent out someone from his company to look at the windows, he has not returned a single call in the past three months. Terrible product, worse windows company. Would advise you not work with them.

I needed the windows in my condo replaced, and the association requirements are very stringent. Fortunately, Windows Plus knew exactly what to do. Even during COVID-19, they were responsive and got the work done. End result: high-quality removal and installation, and the workers cleaned up the area after finishing. Glad I chose to work with Windows Plus!

They installed windows on the front of my Townhouse over three years ago, rear windows 2 years ago and a set of storm doors last year. During a recent storm, I had water coming in around one of the windows and called Paul Jones. He came out early the next day and identified the problem as dried caulking around the flash panels on all of the windows and garage

I’ve been trying for months to get in touch with them about a storm door installed just over 3 years ago that doesn’t shut. And now the door handle broke. Salesman left sometime ago so my main point of contact is gone. The office wont call back, doesn’t seem to take or pass on messages, or even remember that I called. Buy somewhere else.

Wow - what a great experience and affordable! NO high pressure sales - what a plus that alone was. Working with this company was so easy! From the first call (Alona) to the last (Kim), this company was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. I spoke to Jim a couple of times after he came out to assess the job, give us options, follow-up on the quote; later Cyril to schedule the installation. Great price, great product, great experience. We replaced two large sliding doors and two windows at our home in Sabal Point. Dave (the owner of Windows Plus) came to our house and took time to educate us on his product and answer all of our questions. The price he quoted was the price we paid. We'll be using them again to complete the window replacement on the rest of the house.

We replaced 13 windows with Windows Plus. After going through the process, here are a few takeaways.
Pros:
- The installation itself went fairly well. Everything was kept fairly clean, and they brought in more guys to help as needed to keep on schedule.
- Price was unbeatable.
Cons:
- Communication is not their strong suit. Their "reply all" button is disabled or something, since they would only reply to me or my husband, but never to both of us, even after requesting several times to include both email addresses.
- Not all of their employees are familiar with window specifications

The type of company that steals your money and says they will give you a refund but don't. They don't return calls or answer emails but will steal your hard earned money. They don't show up for installation and do not even call to cancel or say they aren't coming. I do not recommend unless you are rich and have money to give away.

I could not be more happy with the professionalism of this group. I worked with Paul and Tom. They were courteous and went above and beyond to work with my HOA to assure that the special order window replacement was approved prior to installation, and did a very professional and clean installation. These guys did a great job with my window replacement job! From the initial quote to the detailed measurements to the installation and the post-installation inspection, I could not have been happier with the professionalism displayed. In the summer of 2016 I had HD replace 1/3 of my windows. This time (winter of 2017) I went with the smaller, local team. I saved significant $$ over Home Depot, (I had a quote from both) and both the service and the installation was much better with Windows Plus. For example, the Windows Plus installer spray foamed around each window, while HD stuffed some fiberglass

After reading the Yelp reviews I chose Allied for replacing our windows and patio sliding door and it was a good decision on a major project. We trusted Allied's judgment on the best windows on the market and we're happy with our purchase. The installation was superb and efficient. I was glad they squeezed us in before winter. We had Allied replace all the windows and one exterior door in our house. They offer quality products at reasonable prices. Their installation crew was on time and professional. Our window cleaning service messed up the counterweight in one window 4 years after installation. No problem, Allied stood behind their product and fixed it for free. Tremendous service. I'm writing this review 7 years after the install so I can comment on the quality of the product. We replaced 17 windows in our house. We got estimates from 12 vendors. Charles was the last...because there was no need to look further. I actually threw one salesman out of my house because he wouldn't answer straightforward questions, all he wanted to do was finish his sales pitch. We came to replace our sliding glass door. The salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't try to "up-sell" us at all - he just listened to what we needed and took our measurements, and then came in person to double-check. We were able to ask for custom finishes, which cost a bit more as well as a key-lock for the outside, which the salesman threw in for free! The cost was reasonable, the order arrived on time, and the installation was fast and professional. Highly recommend this company and Charles, the person who helped us. Thank you!

We love our window!!! The owner is very detailed and patient when he did the estimate at our house. No pushy, no sales tactic, only one price. Everything is very clear and the price is very reasonable for the window quality. the window they carry is absolutely beautiful and functional. can't be happier with the result.

Allied replaced all the windows in our house and we could not be happier. The entire process was flawless from schedule to cost. The install team was on time, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Will continue to refer people based on our experience.
The windows are great quality; huge difference from the 15 year old ultra max which came with the house. Also purchased some sound attenuating windows and we are very happy with the results; lowered the road noise at least 30%.

The new windows and door are wonderful. We had custom windows and a door made and installed. The company worked to meet all of the specifications of our HOA. In fact, they've replaced the windows in many of the houses in our neighborhood -- with all customers being satisfied. I took away one star because there was some poor caulking done by the installers. The installers were very pleasant and nice to work with, though they left some large gaps/holes on the outside. It took about a week and a half to get them back to finish the job, but now it's complete. We'd highly recommend the

We just had our second set of windows installed by Allied for our rental apartment. The first set was for our townhouse. The windows, made in America, are excellent quality and so easy to clean. The design of the windows actually makes it fun to do. Both our apartment and townhouse are on busy streets. These windows block out much more of the traffic noise than our previous windows. We appreciated doing business with the company--accurate estimates, on time delivery, friendly and thorough workers, great install. I'm saving my pennies for a new front door, which I'll definitely purchase

We met with Charles, the owner, and discussed replacing our homes original metal basement windows. We had wanted to do this for a long time, but wanted a company who had a solid reputation and not a big box store that contracts out.
We chose six Affinity hopper style windows that have a soft white color, with obscure glass so that people could not see in. The windows were ordered and we were called in about six weeks to install.
The installers Bobbie and Ryan were amazing
