I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning! They were able to schedule me for an appointment the day after I called. I initially requested for my living room and hallway to be serviced, but they currently have a 3 room special that would have been the same price. I have 2 dogs (Puppy Pitbull and Pomeranian/ Tzu both I believe strive to destroy my carpets). My living room looks just how it did when I moved in and they were able to swivel around the bedroom furniture In the 2 others rooms. They both look amazing as well.

I had carpets to clean. They cleaned my entire house, including 2 sets of stairs, hallways and 8 rooms. They were wonderful. Arrived on time. And very thorough in inspecting carpets.
Wore his mask , pretreated all carpet areas and cleaned everything. I could have not asked for more. Will recommend them to all my friends.

I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the services that I received from Quality Queen Carpet Cleaning and Extraction. After specifically requesting pet hair and a water stain removal, I was provided sub par service and a "lack of" customer service, that did NOT meet my needs. As a result, I had been left with a damaged sofa (with a hole on the side) as an end product to host my family on Thanksgiving Day. Not only did the owner/operator Arthur deny full responsibility for the hole, he left me with further water damage, on which I disclosed after his follow up cleaning. This is a very professional operation with high end cleaning equipment and knowledgeable technicians. Fred did an outstanding job of removing stubborn stains from heavily trafficked carpet areas and cleaning the Great Rooms beige toned furnishings - making the room feel fresh & new once again. To my delight, Fred put down protective coverings on our wood floors to protect them while he worked and there was no chemical odor detected
