Cindy and Mike Dingeldein co-founded Community Design Alliance (CDA) in 2012, after retiring from a rewarding 28-year career as partners and Vice Presidents at SHP Leading Design. CDA was created with the goal of continuing a community-based architecture, design and planning firm at 236 High St., in the heart of downtown Hamilton, Ohio.
CDA was founded with the goal of continuing a legacy of community based architecture, design and planning in our hometown of Hamilton. Cindy and Mike each have over 32 years of experience with design and project management responsibilities for a variety of public and private sector clients. Over our respective careers we have been involved in over 1 billion dollars of project cost.

CDA is an asset to Hamilton and is playing an enormous & critical role in it's redevelopment & revitalization. Without Mike, Cindy & their team Hamilton would not be the place it is today or the place it will be years from now. They are a great group of people who love the city, love design and are model citizens to their community. We've partnered with CDA on several projects and they've had great ideas, produce great design and plan sets and are a joy to work with.
