We live in HOT central Florida, So AC is a MUST for us! :) One day the temps were around 85 degrees so we made a call to our land lord and shortly after Safras called. Safras informed us that he would come take a look. Within 10 mins of him being here cool air was starting to blow throughout the house. He informed us that there was a leak and he put leak repair in but couldn't guarantee us that it would hold up. After about a month it started to get hot again. We called him back and he replaced the unit! The guys he sent out were EXCELLENT! They arrived early around 7:30 am, took 15 year old system

I called the AC company we had used in the past at 7:30 because our AC was out. At 2:30 in the afternoon I called to see how much longer before somebody would be out. NOW they tell me it will be the next day. I googled AC repair and decided to try this company because it was local and because of the reviews. He told me somebody would be out after 4:00. At 5:00 I was getting nervous. My husband wasn't helping matters. I called to touch base and he was on his way. He didn't get here until about 5:30. He didn't charge me an after hours fee either. We have an older unit and needed freon due to a leak

We have had to use him twice in the last two and half weeks. We thought the issue was leaking freon as that was the issue last time. We were expecting to pay to have the leak fixed since last time he just filled the freon. However, he told us he didn't know how long it would last. It depended on the size of the leak. It turned out to be a minor… issue. We have an older unit which we already know needs to be replaced. He could of told us it was the freon and charged us to seal the leak and for more freon. Instead, he fixed the problem. He already knew we thought it was the freon, but he was
