We are a local pest control company, which means we understand the specific pest pressures that create challenges to those of us that live here. Pest pressures vary year round depending on the insect and climate.
Brian has been in the pest control industry since 2002. He holds the Commercial Applicator License in Pest Control and Termite Control. He is a director at large on the Missouri Pest Management Association board and strives to bring a personal focus in pest control to customers in the Ozarks area. Brian loves being outdoors working in his yard, grilling and hanging out with family and friends when the weather is nice or watching football.
This service is not recommended to achieve long term control or to reduce pest pressure long term on your home. But there are situations where this may best fit a customer's need. We chose Expert Pest Solutions to treat our termite problem. From the first phone call Paige was very polite and got us setup for inspection. Brian showed up on the scheduled day on time and thoroughly explained the problem, plan for treatment, and cost. He was not a pushy salesman at all. We received several quotes and their price was competitive. The weather did not cooperate and initial treatment had to be rescheduled. Paige called apologizing and quickly rescheduled us for the next week. Brian and his other technician showed up on time on the rescheduled day, applied the treatment in a timely

I chose calling this company due to the good reviews. We set up an appointment time for the next day. When it came time for them to arrive, they text me saying they had an all day termite job & wouldn't be able to make it. They couldn't even call & tell me they weren't going to come, they had to text. Pretty poor way of doing business.

Brian was very informative and honest. (He could have easily told us we needed a costly termite treatment. But instead informed us the damage found was from years ago and the treatment we had at that time was effective.) I had this company sent out by the people that I rent from and if you have cockroaches...DON"T call them. They did not get rid of the cockroach problem that we had when moving into a new house. Also the customer service is horrible. The person that called me on the phone was curt, rude and condescending and when he came to the house to spray... he was arrogant and seemed liked we were bothering him to even ask him to spray. I would not recommend this company for cockroaches or customer service.

I have a serious fear of spiders. Like running screaming from the room fear.
Brian first started servicing our home about nine months ago and let me say, never once has he made me feel silly about my fear.
He sprays the entire house with chemicals that are safe for both our child and our pets. In between sprays he welcomes us to call with any pest issues. So far, we haven't had to because whatever he does works.
I highly recommend his services!
