Because they are man-made, solid surface countertops can be molded into any shape and can include an integrated sink for a seamless finish.
Our FixIt Pros have years of experience resurfacing and repairing granite & marble countertops, as well as quartz, Corian, and other engineered stone materials. Barry did a fantastic job of repairing and refinishing our 23 year old white corian countertops. Plus he shared a wealth of information about how to prevent damage going forward. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend him. He stands behind his work, and he even came back a second time without charging me to get rid of a small divot that I'd missed.

Their contractor took extra precautions to ensure that there would not be a lot of dust exposure. They provided a provision cut with accurate measurements. Barry did a nice enough job enlarging the hole for a new induction cooktop and new Corian sink on my boat. He had to insert a few pieces as expected (where the previous hole was too large), and the seams are flawless. There was one problem with the sink edge where he had to cut through a metal anchor from the old sink and the edge of the anchor is still visible. His solution/suggestion was to put a little caulk on it. This is unacceptable. After watching a few YouTube videos of how professionals do it, I'm convinced he could have fixed this but he was unwilling to do so.

This was a very difficult repair of a long curved crack in a 25 year old Corian countertop that was insufficiently supported during installation and had no matching material available.
The crack is now barely visible and only slightly noticeable when you rub lightly across it.
The repairman was awesome. On time, friendly, capable, efficient and solved a very difficult problem very well and within the estimated cost.

This is the second time Barry has come out to modify our kitchen countertops. First was to cut out a built in sink that had cracked and this time was to enlarge the space for a new range. Both times he was very professional , explained the entire procedures and made everything look like it was all original. He is a true craftsman and knows his stuff. Only way to go if you need countertop work or modifications.
