I am an employee at The Bank of Oak Ridge, and we recently used ServPro to help us with mold removal. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Danny and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help remove the mold, and make sure our employees would be working in a safe environment. Anytime we had a question, Mr. Danny was quick to answer. Any request we had, Mr. Danny would quickly tend to it. A large tree fell on my house and destroyed it. My insurance company called ServPro. They came out immediately and went to work inventorying everything in my house and packing it up to remove to storage. This saved many of my things from damage as it was raining into my house since there was no longer a roof. I was in the house when it was destroyed and was in a daze to say the least but the ServPro people just swooped in and took control and handle the situation quickly, professionally and immediately putting me at ease. During Hurricane Laura and shortly following the storm Servpro/318 Construction and its subcontractor Kirkland Tree Service had a large tree removed from our home and all of our property photographed, inventoried, boxed and provided off-site contents storage. Their invaluable services are much appreciated. All insurance carriers should engage this company that will, without doubt, mitigate damage claims. We had a great experience with Servpro when we had water damage and storm damage to a few buildings on campus due to a tornado that hit. They responded quickly and made the process very smooth and a lot less stressful than it could have been. Their staff was very friendly and attentive. Servpro is a wonderful company with some knowledgeable staff on board. We had a great experience overall and would use again if needed. 10/10 recommend to others!

Scheduling an appointment for non-urgent work (like I did) can require some patience since the company has to work around emergency cases that come up unexpectedly. However, when they did come out, they were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They do a great job with working carefully around house furniture.

I was very pleased with my overall experience with ServPro. Half of my home flooded due to a hot water heater issue. They responded quickly to begin the cleanup process. Cannot say enough good things about this company. They made a really hard situation much more bearable. We had a couple inches of water in our entire downstairs and thanks to Serve Pro the damage really was minimal! Upstairs where the plumbing problem originated they were even able to save our carpet! They showed up quickly and on time. They followed through until the entire job was completed. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely professional and friendly!
