Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I’m just gonna say if you need your appliance fixed asap then go somewhere else. They tell you they will order parts and it will take weeks. Why do I need a worst case scenario? I was told they don’t have parts in stock. What’s the point of them coming out if they can’t fix it? Try a bigger company if you want results.

We went through AHS for our double side Samsung fridge. Our temperature on the display panel was reading warmer than the inside was so the fridge was actually cooler. This was freezing our food in the fridge. Zen Appliances sent out Kurt. He was awesome knew exactly what was wrong when I described what was happening, and very friendly. Luckily for us, he was able to fix it on the spot. Appreciate the quick response from Zen Appliances and thanks Kurt for being so COOL.

RUN!!! Don’t hire them!! EDDIE is clueless. I was told my washer needed a part and that it would take two weeks. Got the part and it wasn’t the right one. Now they have to come back. Oh and they sent another person back which had no idea what he was doing!! I ended up calling 1800 appliance. Girl on the phone is rude and can’t understand her. Scam artist. I don’t know what kind of operation they run here but I called me warranty company and refused to have these guys come back.

Very professional and reliable company. Joseph was excellent-we were both fully vaccinated but wore our masks just to be as cautious as possible. He diagnosed the dryer issue-misaligned bearings-and repaired the dryer in about 20 minutes.
Very cordial and respectful. I would definitely use Zen in the future. Their schedule was backlogged so service requests were delayed but it was worth waiting for them.

This company is a joke! We have old republic home protection services and Zen appliances is one of the service provider they use. Zen was called out to check our fridge because the freezer side wasn't working so their tech said he could fix it. Instead of fixing it he made it worse, freezer now has become an oven and cooked everything we had in t! Old republic and our selves have tried to get them out to resolve the issue but they have ignored all calls and emails in regards to the issue! This has been going on since March 2021 and as of today still haven't heard nothing back from them

They came out and told me what was wrong with my dishwasher and said that's they would let me know the following days with a final quote. I have yet to hear back from them and makes me think that they don't follow up. Thinking about going to a different company to have the repair done. The only positive is that the technician was very nice and on time.

I highly recommend Zen Appliance to anybody who needs any type of appliance repaired.

The two technicians that I have had the pleasure to work with are super knowledgeable, super friendly and their prices are super reasonable.

I own several homes and they all need work. This means that I have had to use many appliance repair companies in the last 30 years.

In all these years, I haven't found a more professional and knowledgeable appliance repair company. They are by far the best company I have ever hired.

Don't look any further. Hire this company for all your appliances needs

I called on July 27 and was on hold for 23 minutes to schedule a service appointment for my LG washer. The first available appointment was Aug 10th. I was able to get an earlier appointment with another certified LG repair shop for Aug 2 so I called to cancel my appointment with Zen Appliance as a courtesy to them. Again I was on hold for over 30 minutes, just to cancel my appointment. This is totally unacceptable and I will never use or recommend this repair shop.

This company's customer service is beyond poor. I had to wait 2 weeks through AHS for someone to show up to fix my oven. The guy who showed up was rude and unprofessional. When asked if he could expedite the repair he said he could not. When asked if he could call the back to his office to obtain ETA for parts he could not. Ultimately he left. The oven was now making a ticking sound and I had a gas smell in my home. Highly unprofessional and poor quality workmanship. If you are in the service industry excellent customer service should be your standard.

Another repair place ACCORD were first ones sent by AHS and they were awful! I called AHS and complained and got a second opinion free! Zen came out and really evaluated the problem, took parts and had them repaired and installed them perfectly! Aiden was superb, clever and hard working! I had about given up on ever having an oven again because of a broken door hinge. Love these people in every way.

I would rate with zero stars if possible. This company is horrible. They do not answer the phone or return calls.

I had a microwave go out over 7 weeks ago. I took two weeks for them to show up for the initial appointment.

They took over two weeks to obtain authorization from my home warranty company - how authorized immediately - to obtain the part.

Home warranty called me back immediately to let me know they had authorized.

It is now going on three weeks and no call back, contact or anything from Zen Appliance. On top of that, they never answer the phone. No one is that busy.

Texted to let us know he'd be here in 10 minutes. On time... Eddie knows his trade. Explained what he found why the washing machine was making a knocking noise on the spin cycle. Said he'd order the parts but wasn't sure when they would get in but would let us know as soon as they did. Also, he had a great personality and was very 'genuine' as a person... I would highly recommend Zen Appliance Repair to anyone... You can't get any better...

Short and sweet: oven heat sensor was bad which we knew. We called GE who out sorted to Zen appliance. We also informed them of the bad sensor and F3 error. Technician(Zach) was 2 AND A HALF Hours Late to a 5 hour window. Was here for 2 mins and said "yup its the heat sensor... I don't have that part." We called for the manager the next day to get a status on the part and to submit a complaint, the Senior Tech: Aidan pretended to be the manager and called me abusive because I was clearly not happy with my service.

Had a great experience with Aidan T. from Zen Appliance. Microwave was not turning on. Aidan took one look and knew how to fix it. 15 minutes and a $5 part later, everything was working perfectly. He was friendly and completely professional with a mask and shoe covers, and took time to give us tips on how to keep the microwave running longer. Completely satisfied with Zen Appliance.

Called Zen to fix refrigerator. It was not dispensing ice. Eddie the technician took his time , analyzed the problem and had it fixed in less than hour. We will certainly use them again for appliances.

I had found zen appliance on yelp, yes I yelp literally everything! I have used them a couple times already and both times they were awesome! My parents fridge had messed up not once but twice! I had purchased it from sears for them and it was horrible!! They explained what was wrong with my fridge and were very quick with installing new parts that were needed. Very informative and very very nice! Customer service is great and they're very courteous with the appointments and times. They call and text and leave messages as well. Very much recommend them! Will keep using them for future repairs

Omg!! I wish I'd called Zen FIRST before dealing with all the horrible appliance repair companies that shall remain nameless (ahem...accord lol). The gentleman came right in, assessed what was happening and immediately developed his plan of attack. It was the smartest, fastest and efficient repair I'd ever seen. I'm still in amazement. Let me also say everyone at this company was KIND and the customer service is stellar. That goes a looooong way with me!

I requested a 2nd opinion after being scammed by Accord appliance. Zachary came from Zen, took his time to complete a diagnostics and figured out that our washer needed a new computer board. I'm going to request Zen for all repairs through my home warranty. Best customer service and well trained technician! I recommend them to anyone in Temecula and Murrieta.

This is as good as of service provider as you will ever see! The company was referred to us by our appliance protection service provider Old Republic. ZEN APPLIANCE INC. sent us one best, he must be, because he is truly professional. From the moment he walk through the door, he volunteered to wear shoe protection, which I told him was not necessary, and was already wearing a mask, a MUST in this current environment.

He basically was able to fix an issue relating to our thermador microwave that eluded two other technicians from different companies. In fact the first tech order a wrong part, that

We have AHS and were assigned another substandard appliance company. It took me a week to get an appointment and it was only because i drove to their office. They spent less than 5 minutes took pictures and reported that we abused our dishwasher. I probably had less than 2 minutes of conversation with him. He stated my issue was a common problem don't know if we'll repair or replace it.

I asked for a second opinion and got Zen Appliance.
I got a call and an appointment the same day.
They are extremely knowledgeable and their customer service was spot on. AHS is going to repair my dishwasher
