Epic Floor's install team just replaced my upstairs carpeting; four bedrooms, balcony and stairs. Beautiful job. They helped me move some of the larger pieces, were polite, on time, left the home spotless, and just generally very nice men. Price was perfect. Great experience all around. Highly recommend this company for your next flooring purchase.

From start to finish Epic Floors was super professional and awesome to work with. Recently we have had a lot of trouble finding a contractor in any field to show up on time and do the job right. Epic Floors is not part of that group. I am very happy with our new floors! Pricing was amazing, the installers did a wonderful job and if I had any questions, the whole team was always ready to help. We have done several flooring jobs with Epic (including the previous ownership). With Epic, we replaced our flooring now twice! Every time, we were met with professionalism and high quality service and work. Tom, the owner is very friendly, honest and fair. The two installers were great - hard working and friendly.
This time, Epic installed wood laminate flooring in our upstairs bedroom, hallway, stairs, and laundry room. We are very pleased with the results.
Being from Wauconda, we wanted to shop local. Epic did not disappoint, and I highly recommend. The store location has plenty of samples

Installed engineered hardwood flooring and vinyl in a couple of bathrooms and our laundry room. They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and reasonable $$. The owner Tom was personally involved in doing some of the work and checking the work he didn't do himself. More than I can say for most contractors we've worked with on our extensive heritage home reno project. We would highly recommend.

We had Epic Floors come in and replace our engineered floors in our rental property, the water heater leaked as well as the toilet back in September. The owner Tom was aware of why we were replacing the floor and mentioned that if there was mold they would treat the areas. I specifically asked about trim work and how the installers would handle the trim. He replied, they are very careful and will replace in perfect condition. I will say the install was quick but shoty at best. The floors look good but all along the trim is a line where they box cut the molding off. This was due to the different

I want to take a minute to share my experience with Epic Flooring of Wauconda. I would recommend them to everyone. I will tell you all the things that made it pleasant and painless. I went to the store and was greeted by Heather who patiently went through samples and helped me pick out what I thought I would like. Epic Floors was recommended by a trusted friend after a protracted negative experience with another contractor. Tom and his crew were consistenly efficient and professional during the course of the three day installation, and their workmanship (e.g. tile cuts, grout work, etc) was, well... in a word, "epic"... as underscored by the accompanying photos of the new tile floors in the foyer and bathroom.

Really nice to your face but when we ordered samples and asked to come to our home for an estimate, let's just say it's been 3 months and no sign of life. Never ever going there again.
