Hiring professional maids to take care of your cleaning needs is surprisingly not expensive. We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to fit your budget. In our business history of 26 years of sheer commitment to Chicagoland's residential and commercial customers we have consistently kept our high service standards.
All glass tops and mirrors. Wash floors and/or vacuum carpets and area rugs. Cleaning lobbies (doors, glass, etc.), washing floors, vacuuming carpers, cleaning of elevator (floor and walls), dusting, pick up any visible trash inside. Full day access (8am - 5pm) to the building by giving a key or a door code, electricity outlets inside the building (for vacuuming purpose only), and if possible warm water.
We will take care of everything for you; however, if you wish to provide supplies or perhaps any necessary equipment please let us know. We would only kindly ask to leave out a working vacuum if you have one. We kindly ask our customers to pick up toys, clothing and other similar items before an arrival, so ladies can effectively focus their time and efforts on an efficient cleaning.

Update based on the owner's response:
Of course we rejected the offer for them to come back over and reclean, as you mentioned we already did it ourselves and why would we trust it would be any better this time?
As an alternative we asked for them to come back another day. You stated the best you could do was to reduce the total by $50. We agreed to pay the balance out of frustration and made sure to note we would not be using you again in the future. I'm not sure I would describe that as "acting positively"

I just want to update my V Maids review to mention that I am STILL using them after several years now! They are still doing great work and are still amazing people to work with. They respect COVID protocols and you can feel confident and safe while they work in your home even in today's environment. I still highly recommend them! Again Vaclav is extremely responsive and flexible as well.

I absolutely didn't have time to prepare for the upcoming new year party, so I contacted V Maids directly and I can say I was pretty fascinated by the quick service they provided! The maid arrived the next day and cleaned full apartment just in a couple of hours! I advise and probably will use again

I have been using V Maids for the past 3 years and could not be happier with their service. All of the pricing is up front, the maids show up on time, are extremely polite and do an amazing job.
Typically they'll send two maids for a 2-3 bedroom apartment and they're able to get everything done within an hour.
I would highly recommend giving V Maids a call for all of your home cleaning needs.

I have been using V-Maids now since 2013 (so about 5 years). They have helped me at the various apartments in Chicago. Even when the boss said I was out of their service area, I asked them to reconsider, and they accommodated my request, which is above-and-beyond great customer service. Every single time, the ladies that Mr. Vaclav Rus sends to my home do a beyond-belief-excellent job, with attention to detail and resplendent, smiling attitudes while doing it. I absolutely must let the record reflect that V-Maids is better than any other cleaning service I have purchased. I have tried King Maids

I contacted V Maids about getting my apartment serviced, located in Wicker Park. This is the response I got back:

We apologize for the delayed response. We are extremely busy these days.
I need to kindly inform you unfortunately we do not have any availability for your area and especially before major holiday for more than 3 to 4 weeks. At this point we unfortunately can not guarantee any availability even in the future because of the fact we have a lot of recurring customers already scheduled, and we have only one crew working at this area.

Let's clear up a few things. In response to the reply below.
It was not made aware to me that they had a 2 hour limit, maybe it's written somewhere and I didn't see it. I just wanted a clean apartment, however long it took. And instead, I came home to things broken and things out of place (pictures not put back, furniture not put back, etc.)
It's true, we had a miscommunications about the blinds. I wish they had left them completely alone because they were broken when I got home and the pieces not even picked up from the floor.

Its super easy online scheduling, which you know I love. Also, you can pay via chase quickpay...BONUS! They also give you a small discount for first time and also recurring cleanings.
