If I could give a "zero star", I would. Katie had us order and pay upfront. We were promised the table in December and the patio furniture in March. We have been given the run around from Katie for months. Now we are told the very month that the patio furniture should be here that the cushions can't be made in the fabric of choice. The cushions are made per furniture choice. We have not received the Domiziana table or stand which we were told they actually had in Dallas warehouse which should have arrived November/December 2020 either. Paid on 11/3/2020 - no table, no furniture and when we asked

We spent $8500 here for OW Lee furniture that has a 20 year warranty. We went to file a warranty claim on a chair frame that snapped and we were told they couldnt help us. Why? Well because Designer Patio changed their software so their records don't go back far enough (2009) to find our purchase. We provided credit card receipts to prove the purchase only to be told that wasn't good enough. Why would they change their software and not back up purchases were a warranty could be impacted? They offered to sell us another chair frame. FAT CHANCE. Terrible customer service. Do NOT buy here.
