Critical: Professionalism
My neighbors are using this company, and the trucks keep parking in front of our mailbox. We have asked them several times to move so we can get our mail, especially for the holidays. Yet, they still continue to park directly in front of our mailbox. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

They came to the Metro Detroit area when there was a citywide flood bringing severe water damage to all our basements. They drove about 200 miles to get here and helped many of my neighbors and friends (or anyone else who needed restoration services that I knew). They did a great job and were very efficient and willing to help in such a dramatic time to the area!
