I had my drains cleaned two months ago by a different company. When they stopped up again so quickly I called Al-Garcia (I had seen their truck in the area) Ramon came out and not only hydro jetted the line, but also corrected the piping under my kitchen sink. The work was done cleanly and very professional. As a widow, it is often a concern as to which repairmen you can trust. Everytime these guys come out they do a great job. The most recent thing I needed done was a clogged shower drain fixed and a water regulator installed on my main water line as the water pressure in my house was way to high. We called last Friday morning and they were able to get out to us same day. Francisco did a great job. I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

We stopped getting hot water in one of the showers. called two plumbing companies and both gave weirdly high estimates to fix the issue and additional work that may be needed. got the reference for Al-Garcia from a friend. called Saturday, made the appointment for Monday. Francisco arrived on time with a colleague. fixed the problem for significantly less cost than others had quoted, and on the spot. he also did other plumbing work. was not rushed at all and quite professional. we couldn't be more happy with the result. we are also in the market for a HVAC system - he gave a competitive quote

Loved that they showed up on time, arrival window was between 11-12 and they arrived at 11. Alfonso quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue with a tankless water heater that was failing. I really appreciate that he fixed the issue instead of trying to sell me a new water heater. This is the second time I've used their services during the COVID-19 lockdown. On both occasions they arrived wearing appropriate PPE and left the work spaces clear upon completion. Francisco provided plumbing service on a prior occasion, his service was also stellar. I highly recommend, these guys are very knowledgeable

Horrible experience! The plumbers showed up to my condo without confirming I was available. Then I was surprised but thought great I'll have this clog fixed. I thought my management tram was sending the prior plumbers that were really professional and experienced as well as kind. Al Garcia plumbing didn't know what they were doing! They proceeded to tell me they were going to take my kitchen sink apart but due to old parts couldn't guarantee they could fix the clog OR PUT THE SINK BACK TOGETHER!!! What?! Radisic plumbing knew how to fix a simple clog and didn't mess up my sink

Came out to my house for a water leak. Punched two very sloppy holes in my stucco and told me that I had a leak in the slab and that I had two options: jackhammer into the slab to do spot repair or repipe whole house. Agreed that the latter was a better move and scheduled the repiping for a few days later. While I was waiting, I noticed water dripping down from the top of one the openings and that I could actually hear the pipe leaking/hissing in the wall at about eye level- not a plumber here but definitely not a leak in the slab, fren. Got another opinion and got my pipe fixed for $250 instead

They came to my apartment to remove and replace a very old furnace. They were extremely polite and did an excellent job. They worked 12 hours to get the new heater installed making sure everything was perfect. They even vacuumed when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company hands down. The Best! We had a leak from our laundry tub drain in the garage that ended up being in the wall. The 70 year old cast iron drain pipes corroded completely through inside the wall. Alfonso came out within 2 hours of us calling, broke away the stucco, removed the corroded pipe, replaced it, added a clean out and even did a temp patch on the stucco until we can get it fixed properly. All taken care of in about 2 hours and a completely reasonable charge as well. These guys are just the best. Helping us keep our 70 year old beach cottage from collapsing into the sand!

I am a service worker too and I never go in front of other folks house and throw cans onto the street, it's rude and unnecessary. One of your employees did and then I was telling my dog, good boy and he mimicked me to the other fellow and used the word 'chingada', very unprofessional. Whether they do a good job or not, that I don't know.

Make this your last resort! I would rate this business no star if that was an option.
As a board member for a condo association I asked Alfonso to visit our site for an estimate to add an additional drain. After lengthy conversation all I was able to ascertain was that there would be a $300.00 charge to view the drain with a camera!
The other 2 plumbers I called sent representatives to view the site and provide proposals at no charge. This has been my second bad experience with this business. Evidently this business considers itself too successful to offer competitive prices or courteous service

The assistant (Stephanie) was very nice.
I love and support small businesses, but I cannot stand when a business cannot keep a promise.
I had scheduled an appointment for a set time. I actually spoke to the owner Al, and he told me that he was going to be at my house between a certain time. Keep in mind this appointment was scheduled 3 days out. There is absolutely zero excuse for not making your appointment. This showed a total disrespect to my time as I am extremely busy. It doesn't matter how good the service is if you don't show up at all.

I called this company based on recommendations from my local appliance store. They are now my "go to" plumber. Their work was amazing and prices competitive and fair.
I had a new sink faucet installed. The repair men arrived and did not enter without putting paper covers on their shoes. I did not expect this and it was very much appreciated.
If there was a fashion show for plumbers these repair men would win hands down. Clean clothes, a work truck that looked like it had a fresh wash and wax, and they smelled great!! And they were very knowledgeable and were able to complete the repairs

Al runs an amazing company. We were referred to al by our real estate agent as we embarked on gutting our newly purchased home to do a massive remodel. Al and his team of dedicated, honest and talented plumbers installed our new HVAC in our attic with all the ducting, all our bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures incl sink, toilets and showers. And our master bathtub. (Meaning installed the tub itself along with the plumbing fixtures. I had been putting off calling a plumber for some minor issues I had at the house... I had initially called a different plumber on Yelp, but their schedule didn't match up with mine... Which is good.. .B/c of that I called Al-Garcia Plumbing and glad I did... They were able to accommodate my schedule and provide a quote/estimate over the phone.
Not only is there service awesome but they also have reasonable prices.

I have know these guys for 12 years and wouldn't use anybody else. I am a contractor with 35 years experience. They arrive in fully equipped trucks, have all essential tools and hardware on hand. Their work is first rate, on time, tidy, and well within the cost of good plumbers. They are personable, accessible, highly experienced, and willing to work whatever hours it takes. Nobody is better.
