I did not hire this place to do any work on my property. June 21 2021 i came home to find a backhoe parked in my yard, i had a pile of dirt in my yard my corner post bent over and broke and ruts from the backhoe tracks and they had left for the day with the backhoe parked in my yard.
When I called them to remove the backhoe from my yard their secretary or whoever it was that answered the phone was very unprofessional and very very rude. After two phone calls in 2 hours later the owner came out to remove the backhoe from my backyard and the first thing that came out of his mouth was very rude towards

I have had another company taking care of my pumping for over a decade but after an emergency and they were not able to take care of me, I called ASAP and they were at my home with in just a few hours. When you have an emergency you need someone ASAP and can not always depend on people that you think will be there for you. ASAP is now my new to go for all my septic maintenance.

Whatever you do don't use ASAP septic! Had an appointment with them today that I scheduled last week and the guy called out and said he couldn't do it in this weather.... Then proceeds to tell me if it was an emergency he would come but he would have to charge me extra for it being an emergency! Wait, what???? So you don't keep your appointment time but will come out still for an emergency but charge me more even tho I had a freakin appointment with you already????? I'm beyond irritated and will not be ever calling them again!! 😑🤦🏼♀️🙄

My first appointment was canceled due to snow, the next appointment was almost two weeks out when the day came no one showed up. I called to ask if anyone was coming and was told no. No phone call, no notice. When I complained the person on the phone hung up on me. Terrible customer service, will never call again. I understand weather delays but that does not explain getting hung up on. Called another place and they came out next day no problems.

My field system failed due to an issue with the original installation. I called a number of companies to get estimates on a new system. I chose Scott because he was the only one that came to my house and really looked at what could be done. The other companies were quick to say let's rip up the old one and just go deeper. That is not the best solution as it turned out and Scott was able to be creative and come up with a better plan that saved me money and a portion of my yard. As stressful that this was for my family they made every attempt to ease the pain.

I contacted Scott with an emergency in our main line from house to septic. He was out the same day and gave me the cost. He was also able to significantly lower our cost by have my husband do all of the digging. Scott had one of his guys at our house the next afternoon and he did an amazing job. They were prompt, reasonable, knowledgeable, and friendly. All is now running smoothly! Thanks so much for accommodating us, Scott!

Do not ever use this company. The owner of the business after starting working on my septic system told me he gets 450$ for a service call. He told me every time I come to your house it will cost you 450$. He agreed on a price and then changed it. He became mad and refused to complete the job when asked for a receipt. I had paid him in full on the agreed upon price when he came and checked the pump originally. He would not come out, was constantly making excuses and refusing to finish a job that was paid in full. Scott and his guys from ASAP were outstanding. We had a real challenge finding our tank in our old house we recently bought. ASAP made 5 trips and bought specialized equipment in order to find the tank. They were helpful and honest. They didn't charge for each visit, they charged me their normal fees even though it was so difficult. They gave me instructions on how to better maintain my system after they pumped it and installed a riser. They were very professional and great to work with.

Awful reliability. Set up an appointment and got a call that their truck broke down and rescheduled for a week later. Do you only have 1 truck and 1 driver? Appointment for the next week is at 4 so I arrive at the location in advance and wait for an hour and a half. Called the office and receptionist has no idea where the driver is and rudely offers to "text" them and call whenever they reply. She calls me back a half hour later asking if it's ok that the driver shows up in another hour. I say no and refuse business and leave the house. We get 4 calls while we are driving home and
