This was my first experience. I'll be writing an update once I get through a few experiences. I was looking for a bi-weekly cleaning service and Magnolia's Maids had reasonable prices. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house but only needed 1 bed and 1 bath cleaned, so they put it down as an apartment cleaning. It was $180 for the first clean, a deep clean, then thereafter it will be $130.
They did a decent job inside. The maids were very professional and efficient. Two came to my house and they were in and out. Items seemed to be handled with care. Overall, I was happy with the end result.

I called and requested for a standard cleaning. On arriving I notice one of the ladies was so damn slow and both were chatty. Taking all their time. At the kitchen I got a call from their office stating that dishes are not included in the standard cleaning and oven cleaning as well. I didn't bother I guess different company different duties. They told me to pay extra money for deep cleaning if I want the dishes washed and other stuff wiped down and not just dusted.
They claimed they spent too much time already cleaning. I paid extra for deep cleaning but this guys left without doing a deep cleaning

Overall very happy with my deep clean! Our baseboards were very clean and you can tell they spent extra time really making sure they were scrubbed. The inside of the oven was the cleanest I have ever seen it and the shower glass was actually see through HA! I do think there were a FEW corners that weren't completely cleaned but overall I had a great experience and I will be booking again!

This company gives me the impression they are desperate. They charge your account days prior to the service. They have a horrible scheduling system. They are more expensive than other services. After 2 weeks I canceled them due to rude and unprofessional office staff, yet they continue to charge. When I complained to Alex in billing he was extremely rude and unprofessional and told "Good luck canceling". I'm a senior citizen and feel very abused by this company. Run don't walk!!!!

I was at work and my husband was at home. When I got home from work, the apartment was spotless. Everything was dusted and the vacuum lines looked really nice. They did it in a timely manner and it felt really good to come home to such a clean home.

We had made an appointment a day prior and were happy they could schedule us on such a short notice. They would be there between 2 and 4 pm. Last minute we were notified they would come between 4 and 6 pm. I thought that was a little late as we requested a deep clean, but our card had gotten already charged plus an extra unspecified amount, so we didn't want to cancel because we weren't sure of getting our money back. The ladies showed up 30 min.after the last given time frame. They asked us what kind of cleaning we needed and we told them we paid for a deep cleaning. After two hours
