I struggle to find anything positive to say about this group. I only wished I had checked the reviews before doing business with them.
This process began months ago, when I made the decision to visit the biggest stores in the metroplex and pay full retain price for office furniture because I was in a pinch and I didn't have the time to play games with supply chain nonsense.
I visited the Dallas Desk showroom and the sales experience with Kyle was great. He seemed trustworthy, professional, and pleasant. They of course have no inventory, just showroom and everything comes from a warehouse

Had to write this review as they've made my day! The place is huge and well stocked. Jessica helped me through the process of finding an office chair that I had seen on their site. She is so personable, warm and incredibly helpful. It's evident that she knows her stuff and enjoys being there. Jessica and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! (I'm typing this from the chair and my back is SO happy for the first time in years). I was looking for used office furniture and went to a competitor who just just pointed to the used furniture section and didn't help me at all. Then I went to Dallas Desk, and Jessica was fantastic. Not only did she help me pick a lateral file, she then went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer (twice) to help me secure the missing parts I needed to complete the unit. She was also super friendly and nice, and clearly wanted me to feel good about my purchase.
I highly recommend Jessica at Dallas Desk if you are in the market for office furniture.

I can't say exactly how bad the customer service would have been because not one person ever bothered to greet me. I walked around the store for 15 minutes while holding a piece off my old desk to match the color. If that didn't scream I'm serious about buying a desk I don't know is. Made eye contact with four people working there and all I got was empty stares. If my employees acted like that they'd be fired.

Through the years, I've had the opportunity to purchase furniture for a few companies. After shopping around I always end up at Dallas Desk. They are still the best value and best product in the metroplex. I recently worked with Chad Peterson and he was the best. His follow up and help in the process was superior. I highly recommend Dallas Desk. And Chad is the one to ask for.

We had the best experience with Chad Pederson @ Dallas Desk. We were moving our offices and decided to order new cubicles for our accounting area. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted, but after working with him and walking through their showroom floor, it just all came together. Chad made the process very easy and he also had some great ideas for us. We told him what we liked and what we didn't like and boom! It was complete; order it; install it; and enjoy! And the "Sooner" red just made everything POP!! I would definitely recommend Dallas Desk and Chad Pederson.

We ordered two executive desk sets from Dallas Desk. Chad, our account manager, was extremely helpful in answering questions and concerns. He was also able to take the measurements of the office and the measurements of the furniture to ensure the most optimal fit. We will definitely order from Dallas Desk for any future furniture needs!

Horrible Customer Service and Care!!
My company purchased chairs from them. The customer service is horrible; the staff doesn't communicate with customers and the chairs were delayed over 4 months and they didn't care. I had to eventually challenge the charge with our credit card company to get our money back - after 6 months of waiting for our chairs to arrive (that were promised in 8 weeks).

Ordered 6 basic chairs for a new office. Offered to pick up from warehouse to speed up the process. Paid in full upfront. It's now been over one month and still no chairs. No detail on delivery expectations, or at the least, initiative to obtain more detail. Sales rep says there's a ship date but no arrival. No communication to me, just that they'll "check with the warehouse." No response back and I had to continue to follow up. For anyone looking to furnish a new office, I would not recommend this place. Imagine signing a new office lease, hiring employees with the expectation

I'm not really sure how anyone could have garnered anything above one star for an experience involving this group. We purchased cubicles for our offices from Dallas Desk. Our sales person Trish was by far more knowledgeable about her product than any of the others we vetted for this sizable purchase, and that alone is the entirety of the one star. And considering that you will pay a premium for the equipment here, the sales staff should be very knowledgeable.
I encourage buyer caution, really think through your process before purchasing from here.

Rude!!! I bought a $1,800.00 desk I faxed my credit card receipt to Patti Morris, I called to see if she had recieved my fax. Patti was very rude, when she explaining that the fax when somewhere else in the office ( as if I were my fault ) I then emailed it to her - I never received a phone call or email back acknowledging she had recieved either one. I WILL NEVER BUY A DESK HERE AGAIN.
