Very impressed with the repair on my Infiniti! No signs of previous hail damage anywhere, it looks brand new! Renato gave me constant updates, sent photos during the repair process and took care of everything with my Progressive adjuster. I work during the week and they’re open on Saturdays so the timing was perfect

These guys took care of me and the whole process, I literally just had to drop off my 2020 Sonata, which not gonna lie, I was apprehensive about, but they took care of everything. They covered my deductible and I got it back in a week with a free wash. I was very impressed with the repair, you can't even tell my car had dents before hand. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Such a great, local company!! Renato was nothing short of professional, responsive and timely. Once my insurance finally did their thing, Renato and his team had my car done in just a few days and it looks like new! A sweet bonus I didn’t expect was a free detail of my car before I picked it up. Will most definitely be going back with any hail damage I have and recommending them to everyone! They love their customers and their Military! As soon as I reached out to them, I was approached with exceptional service. I highly recommend HAIL REPAIR PRO LUBBOCK. Renato, the company's young 22-year old owner, is refreshingly professional, thorough, has a high attention to detail, and answered my many , many questions about the repair of my vehicle .... even after hours. My vehicle went from being totally thrashed in the May 2020 hail storms (there were 5) to looking brand new.
Each individual I came in contact with from HAIL REPAIR PRO LUBBOCK, were trained in the utmost caliber of customer service. I also like that Renato hires US Military Reservists.

I dropped my car off here about a week ago and the repair was everything you'd expect from a well run business! It was my first time dealing with hail repair and the owner, Paulo, was so helpful with the process. My car was returned with nothing wrong and it only took a week to fix so I'd say this is a great place to go! Definitely recommend
