Our compressor was out yesterday, they came on time, in fact ahead of time, spent hours of hard work under the 90+ high temp, solved all the problems and when I received the bill, I couldn't believe how minimum they charged us. I really can't say anything but good of them, thank you Michael!

Do not believe past reviews made by the people who work there!!! This company is shady! They took 2 weeks to “fix” my AC that is still having the exact same problem as before, not cooling in JULY! They charged my warranty company $400 for a part they didn’t install and are now under investigation! Instead of fixing the units they chalk it up to our units being too small for our home that have been working properly for 15 years!!!! They never even checked inside my home! Filing a detailed report with BBB! BUYER BEWARE!

Our heating unit was down, so I called A-1 to have someone come and check it out. After I gave my full name and address the woman who answered said they don't service Chapel Hill addresses. I hung up and went to their website, and see that they in fact do service Chapel Hill. Was it my accent or Latino last name? I don't know, but I know I won't go back to them again.
