Steve and Marlene Hawkins bought Estacada Self Storage in 2004. They are a local couple, and living in the area they wanted to establish themselves in the community. We have a resident manager who will give you personalized and friendly service. We remember details and are committed to follow through. After paying back our late rent we were told all was well 2mo later we found out our unit was auctioned prior to paying the late rent. Fast forward we store our things next door and one night we went to drop something off and the manager came off his property to the other property harassed us and tried to assault us. The cops were called. The guy is crazy! Stay far away!

This place is crazy bad!!!! I had my stuff in storage for a few years, and I found dead mice and rats in some of my boxes!!! They eat my clothes and it's just the grossest and most frustrating experience after spending hundreds of dollars on keeping my things for years and they're all destroyed because of the conditions of they're establishment!!!! Clearly the million cats they have do nothing. DO not use this place. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME, ENGERY & $$$$$

The guys that run this place are really nice and they have helped us out more then once with things they did not need to help us out with at all, they are a real benefit to the community for sure :)

I'm sorry Jack Smith had a bad experience with our competitor, but he was never one of our customers.
In regards to Mr. Gutschwager, I am sorry that he had that experience with us. That is what happens when you have not made a payment in 4 months. We try our best to work with our renters when they get behind, even making payment plans with them. However the renters need to be willing to work with us as well. We are the most lenient facility in the area and will always try to come to some kind of arrangement with people that are having a rough time.

So far so good! The manager is great. He's helpful and always kind. I have not had one problem with this storage business and have been using them for a year now. two thumbs up!
