Todd can fix anything & goes above & beyond to get your pool / spa back up & running until parts came in. He even found time to do a follow up call to double check & make certain we were all good.

I purchased a home with an older pool a few years ago. Todd has walked me through every step for opening, closing, and maintaining my pool. He was able to identify the brand of end caps that my pool uses so i could order more.His employees are super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great to have this place right down the street!

I have been going to TRS for a few years, and I always enjoyed the service there. For some reason today, the fact that I don't live in Hamlin became an issue with my trying to buy a replacement pool pump. I don't understand the reasoning behind that, but it is a private business which can sell to whomever they like. I, as a buyer, can also choose to spend my money elsewhere from this point on.

When we were ready to replace our above ground pool we thought we would help support a local small business, so we went to TRS and met with Todd. We bought a 30’ round , an extra ladder and a $300 pool alarm that he said we needed by law. The contractor and crew Todd uses to dig for the pool were extremely unprofessional. Immediately upon exiting their vehicles they informed me that they needed 6 bottles of cold water to drink. Having none and feeling put on the spot, I ran up to the store and bought them water. My husband told them where he would like the dirt pile deposited and it was placed
