Rusty and his team were great to work with. Our old septic system basically collapsed and Rusty completely replaced it with an aerobic low pressure drip system. No hidden costs, work was done when promised and everyone we talked to on Rusty's team were friendly and helpful.

We just had a completely new septic system installed by Turpin Septic Service. From our first meeting with Rusty, to project completion, he and his crew were very professional. Our property presented some unique challenges. Rusty offered some very good design suggestions and created a system to match our needs. The install went great and they cleaned up the site very well. All of this combined with very fair pricing means we highly recommend their services. These are five well-deserved stars.

Long story short, I witnessed Mr Turpin's honesty and true character first hand today at one of my clients house. She called him for a 2nd opinion on job that she was quoted $1300.00 for by probably the most well known septic/plumbing service in Bonham. He was not out there 5 min and came back and said he reset the airiator and plugged it back in. Ordered her a new cap for $30.00 and told her no service charger said he was waiving the service charge because he wasnt there long and lived right around the corner. Today Rusty came by house for an annual septic system inspection. I was not pleased with my pryer maintenance company. Turpin is the company I will be using in the future! He is very extensive in his inspection. He let me know what he was looking for and we discussed his findings. I highly recommend them!
