Eli is very professional and did a great job in cleaning the air duct system. He thoroughly explained the process before starting any work and also took pictures to show the difference does it make to clean the system. For some reason our dryer was not properly connected to the duct. He fixed it properly without charging any extra.

Contacted America Air Duct to have our newly purchased San Antonio home air ducts inspected. Upon arrival the technician thoroughly inspected our home and shared pictures with us. We approved the quote, and they went to work immediately. He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Very professional service. Andrew was very conscious of not damaging any of my property during the service and fully cleaned up before finishing. At first I was concerned if the service was worth the amount of money it cost, but by the end I was 100% sure that I got my money worth and good value from the service. Andrew cleaned my system fully when multiple other companies told me they couldn't clean the system. We had a great experience with this company. Andrew showed up introduced himself and went to work. Inspected the vents and immediately noticed a problem with mold forming as we had suspected that. Got into the attic and inspected our unit and more mold. He called me in and we inspected it together. We came to the agreement that having new ducting and plenums would be the best solution as opposed to cleaning. The ducting was almost 30 yrs old and brittle. He called his boss and was able to get us on the books in 2 days. That same day Andrew cleaned both units spotless while giving before and after

I called this company to perform dryer vent cleaning. The company is very courteous and professional. They offered me a quick appt in the week but I was not available and decided to wait for the weekend. I like that they sent reminder emails/text for my upcoming appointment. Eli called me and informed me when he will arrive at my home. He did a thorough job and explained to me everything that he was doing. He also mentioned how often I should get my vent cleaned.
