Our 2 1/2 year old Maytag wall oven "gave up" and we called LOWE'S because we purchased a 3 year major appliance protection plan. They referred us to GGSL, Juan the technician, came by, diagnosed the problem, installed the new part (a thermo fuse) and we were back in business. All was done in less than 20 minutes.Very impressive and GREAT experience.

This person is a fraud!!! Do not use him to repair your fridge. I had 4 major issues with my fridge. The fridge was freezing my food, the fridge also had an extremely loud noise that sounds like crickets in the fridge, the water coming out of the fridge is HOT, not cold at all. This repair man spent a total of 5 minutes at my house and did not repair a single thing. He did not even pull out the fridge and look behind it or anything. He said all of these issues were NORMAL. Garry came a month and a half a go to repair my washer and he found the problem and fixed it. Now my washer has the same problem and he denied the repairing of my washer for issues he said. But 1 1/2 months ago there were no issues and he fix it. It is the same washer in the same place as the previous time he was here. He does not communicate with me effectively and inform me just left. My husband had to ask because he was just leaving. He did not take responsibly for his action. He has poor customer communication skills.

My GE refrigerator wasn’t making ice i call ggsl appliance repair , and i got service same day, the tech had the ice maker in his truck, i am so glad repair was done same day, the tech was very professional, and also he give me a good advice how to maintain my refrigerator , instructed me how to clean the condenser coil, it was very good experience, i highly recommend ggsl appliance repair, thanks so much.

I was referred to GGSL by a friend for an issue with my dryer. Gary came and was quick to finding my problem and replacing the part that it needed. His work was so good that a few months later I called him back to fix a cooling issue with my refrigerator. Again Gary came and was professional and the price was better then a few other quotes I received. I will definitely continue to use GGSL for all my appliance needs.
