I left a message with Hull Glass Plus early in the morning [before they opened] of 7/27/21 and received a call from Cyndi shortly after they opened who gave me a quote to (1) replace 3 non-standard size window screens and (2) repair 3 non-standard size window screens. Later that afternoon, Mike & Josh came to my home and assessed that repair of the screens was appropriate [and not replace - which would have cost 2X more $$]. Early the next morning, Cyndi called to confirm the amount to repair the 3 windows plus the charge for coming out to my home and that the window screens would be ready

I needed my car windshield replaced. I called Hull Glass Plus to find out how long it would take to get it fixed. The woman explained to me that ideally I should bring my car to their shop, as opposed to having it replaced remotely (aka in my own driveway). She clearly explained the rationale. (They have all of their tools and materials at the shop, and should something unforeseen come up they would better able to handle it.) I brought my car in and waited in their comfy waiting room. I was well equipped with stuff to do, as the woman had let me know in advance it would take a few hours to do the

Dropped off side glass (fly window) for my boat Saturday, was told it would be 5-7 days, which worked great for my timeline. 5 days later I get a call, expecting it was ready. Nope. 3-5 weeks now. I was told the glass was more complicated than they thought due to curved edges. Why didn’t they notice the curved edges Saturday when there was 3 people looking at it? I even pointed out the curves to them “no problem” was the answer. Lady at front desk was very rude talking over me and then refused to complete the job. I will be going someplace else that is more capable and has better customer

I parked in front of this store to visit a neighboring store for a few minutes and the guy working came out and rudely yelled "hey buddy, you're not gonna park there all day are ya? These are the only two spots we have"
Then get a parking lot. These are public spots and now I'll park here on purpose since you were so cordial.
Learn some manners. If you were the last place on earth to buy glass, I'd go without.

I needed the side window on my boat replaced. Took the frame to Hull Glass. After 2 months I received a call stating that the glass just arrived but it was broken. I do not blame them for the broken glass.
3 months later I get a call stating the glass is ready. When went to pick it up I was told I already picked it up then it was returned. After 20 minutes of looking the window was found but they did not install 1 of the gaskets.

Just got two sets of quotes on some simple small window replacement glass, single pane, non-safety glass. The price Hull Glass gave was 48% more expensive than the same order from Larrys Glass. Hull Glass said it is a common thickness of glass, which they do carry in stock, BUT still my order wouldn't be ready for at least a week, maybe a week and a half. Larrys Glass said I can probably pick it up next business day, maybe two, and they'll call me when it's ready. Any guesses which one got the business?!

I had a very different experience from the other two reviewers. The day after closing on my first home in Hull, I discovered that a landscaper had come by and likely kicked up a rock, which then hit and shattered my sliding glass door. After a horrible experience with New England Glass, I stopped in at Hull Glass Plus on a whim just to see what advice they could offer. Marty greeted me, got my information, and said she'd get Mike out the next day for an estimate. She warned me upfront that it would likely take two weeks to order and install the new glass, but she gave me great advice for dealing

Spoke with Mike on a Friday to come to my house (about 6 minutes from his shop) to do an estimate. He said he'd call me the following week to set up a day and time that week. Never heard from him. Called him Wednesday of that week but he was out. The gal I spoke with asked me to call again later in the afternoon to further "motivate" him. I didn't call (I felt 2 calls were more than enough to get him to do what he said he would do) and he never called me at all.
