I ordered 2 chairs from Wicker Warehouse. I also ordered 1 chair and ottoman from another company. Wicker warehouse was very helpful. The chairs came when they said that they would. I had to call the other company several times to get my chair from them and it ended up coming 3 months after I received the 2 from Wicker Warehouse. When I ordered all the chairs, Both companies said that because of Covid, that it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Wicker Warehouse was the only one who stayed true to their word when I ordered.

This company had the wrong dimensions on their item and then misquoted the freight charge for the round trip. We ended up being charged over $100 in freight on a $160 item that we had to return. On top of that who needs some New Jersey attitude on the phone when calling in with your problem? “ I’m not going spend time on this with this to you. I’m too buy and don’t have time for this”
Really? In this day and age what company can operate with this attitude?

5 star plus company. The table and chairs were very well packed and delivered in excellent condition. We particularly enjoyed being able to talk to real people at 'Wicker Warehouse' who were knowledgeable about all aspects of the manufacture and delivery of our order. The outdoor patio dining set is everything we hoped for, good quality, comfortable and nicely designed.

Customer Service was very courteous, responsive and helpful. We placed our order well in advance of our new home being completed and Wicker Warehouse worked with us on timing for ordering and delivery. The furniture arrived on time and in excellent condition. I've never bought WICKER in my 67 yrs...so i called Bob (reviews say "the owner"?) for some consultative answers. He had no time to review the email i sent showing a competitor's set and does he have anything similar. He didn't stop bragging (in 2 phone calls) about the 100's of customers and orders he has to attend to and maybe listening with "one ear" at best? I guess i was looking for his smallest set so i wasn't worth the time??...and he's too successful to possibly think if i were satisfied i have 2 daughters' homes that may need bigger

Earlier today, I came into the store with my mom. We had a question in regards to a chair we have but we didn't know what kind of material it was and if this store did any type of repairs. Before coming to the store, I took a few pictures to show them. This man was SO RUDE. He wanted nothing to do with us. We were trying to tell him that we had pictures to show him and he refused to stand up and walk over to come look. My wife and I recently purchased a white wicker set including Sofa, Loveseat, 2 chairs, table, two stools and sunbrella cushions. We accepted delivery when it was promised and love the quality and look on our deck. What impressed me most is the team at wicker warehouse.. how personable, knowledgeable and professional they were. They know their business, know their products, and their customer service is top notch.

I just realized that our wicker & rattan set is 17 years I old. It is a white painted set with cushions that are (currently) about 8" thick. I am reviewing now because I am shocked that I haven't had to have the cushions remade or recovered. One table has aged slightly but otherwise the paint job is still fresh. This was a great investment.

Have bought from here three times. First to get outdoor indoor wicker furniture more than a decade ago, then ordered new cushion straps and most recently to get new cushions. Andrea, the longtime second in charge said on the phone and in person that they had a record of the original purchase. Bob, the owner, was friendly when he arranged the current order. The order came with the wrong size seat cushions. The owner delayed coming out for more than a half hour, then he refused to accept responsibility for the error.
