Fool me once... So I guess i'm the fool here. You wont believe this, as I come to complain about this awful company, I'm staring right at my review from 4 years ago. We had a SECOND water damage claim from a different source and having to do our second kitchen rebuild in 4 years. So the insurance gives me this company: https://ecrenosparks.com/ (in case this is the wrong listing), and my wife is all "isn't that the guys we used last time that ruined our year and did terrible work?" and pulling my best mansplain husband routine i'm like naw totally different company

Previous reviews provide more details than I care to spend on this review, because I’ve spent so much time trying to work with them. If you want good quality, look elsewhere. I was very disappointed in their timeliness in completing the project. The quality of the work was poor and while they came out to fix the original job it still fell short of basic expectations. Then they are trying to charge for line items that they never did.

My experience with Eagle Construction has been worst than I imagined was possible. 2 years ago, Nationwide assigned Eagle Construction to my project. The estimator, Zach, went over everything that they would be repairing and had a quote approved for ~$8000. It was clear to me that the project would be much more costly than that (at this point the bid is up to ~$45,000), and I didn't really want to use EC in the first place (I mean, their reputation is terrible...for a good reason). Unfortunately, I apparently had no choice but to stick with Eagle Construction or to cash out the $8,000 and have

Never use these people. A three week job went into a three month job. They tear your house up and then disappear. Then you get a phone call the job will cost another $5000.00. To finish. And hey we can find other contractors but no promise when that will happen. These guys hire only illegals and never give what they say. Save yourself and never use them.

EC Construction is finishing up our bathroom currently, and we HIGHLY recommend them. They are very busy, but always have communicated clearly with us timelines and what we can expect from them. They are professional, friendly, thoughtful (we have a baby, and they always kept the noise to a minimum when they were able to) and have done great work. NOTHING was missed. The tile installer put a brushed nickel drain in, and EC replaced it to match the rest of the bathroom's fixtures (oil-rubbed bronze), it really is the little things. Had water damage from our Refrigerate water line and our insurance company recommended EC construction since they were on the approve list. Was working with Jim everything was fine at first until I was doing all the call backs and seeing where we were at with the build back. Nothing had gotten done for 2 1/2 months and haven't heard anything from Jim in 3 weeks. I would highly not recommend this company and go with a more reliable one.
