Omar Rivera, Founder of Dr. Paint, transitioned to the Air Force Reserve Component from Active Duty and in January of 2014 debuted Dr. Paint in Palm Coast, FL. Omar gained experience as an estimator, painter, and marketer before turning Dr. Paint into one of the highest-rated painting companies in Flagler and Volusia County.
We start the process by going over the work order with the customer, ensuring everything is in line with what work is needed to be completed. Then, we start prepping the room by removing items on the walls and covering up all exposed furniture to prevent any damage or paint. My experience with Doctor Paint was excellent at every step of the process. Omar, the owner, was professional and provided me with a quote promptly. The office staff provided great communication with everything from scheduling to billing. The on-site crew was led by Francisco - he was on time (actually a little early) and very meticulous with prep, painting and clean-up. Joseph was Francisco’s assistant. He was also pleasant and a hard worker. We have dozens of compliments on the newly painted house. I highly recommend Doctor Paint and if you can get Francisco to led the team - do it!

I did my due diligence, and got quotes from 3 painting contractors and am so glad we chose Dr. Paint. Him and his crew did a wonderful complete interior paint job on my brothers house in Beach Haven. Omar came out to give me a quote, was extremely pleasant and professional. After getting a number of estimates to paint the exterior of our house and driveway, we selected Dr. Paint. Besides a fair estimate, we were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Omar, the owner. He spent over an hour discussing in detail the process that his crew would follow, such as power washing, fixing cracks in the stucco and priming the whole house before actually painting. The Dr. Paint team arrived on time and was neat and careful in its preparation and painting. They accurately estimated how long it would take to complete the job. After it was finished, they walked me through the house so we could see any areas that needed to be touched up. Throughout the process, Timothy kept me informed about what was happening and what they would do the next day. Kasia did a good job with some touch-ups and clean up after completion of the main work.
