Mike was very easy to get in touch with. Each time he said he would call and was on time with the call. When he arrived he suggested some additional services to make my carpet look and smell it's best. I was a little leery and was a little more expensive but he worked with me and gave me a great deal. I could not be more please with the job he did. I was considering replacing my carpet but have changed my mind because my carpet looks AMAZING! He is very nice, professional and did an awesome job. Could not be more pleased!

Mike cleaned my tile in kitchen and bathroom, also my carpet upstairs and downstairs. WOW..Mike did excellent work on all floors. He was very knowledgeable on my questions. I was so happy to see the results when Mike finished the floors. I will be calling Proclean requesting Mike again and again and this time I won't let my floors of tile and carpet get so dirty. I can't say enough good things about them. I have used them twice. Mark and Rick cleaned my carpets both times. Both are very professional and go the extra mile to try to get every stain out without trying to upsale customers as I have had other companies do. They pre spray all dirty areas and use a highly powerful truck mounted system with very HOT water to extract all the yuck.. They will not leave until the customer is satisfied. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs fantastic carpet cleaning.

Our kitchen and laundry room's porcelain tile was extremely dirty but Mike and Rick worked diligently for hours and used a two step process to get it clean. I first contacted Pro-Clean via Angie's List. Mike replied quickly and set up an appointment. They were on time, professional and friendly. Their price was also reasonable considering the condition of the tiles.

This is a very caring business that will go to great lengths to provide not only the best service but the best customer satisfaction as a whole. I bought them through groupon, and our original scheaduled date was on a Thursday. They had a truck break down but the owner Mike went way out of his way to make sure our scheaduled service day was… complete. I explained to him I was getting married the following weekend and he went to great lengths to make sure our carpet was done the day we wanted it even though they had a truck break down. They were a little late getting here, only by about 30

Very happy with carpet results. Moved into rental that had previous pet stains. Mike and Mark called and arrived within the given 3-hr window. They were courteous and explained everything they did, as well as walked me through and showed me exactly where they would clean. I had three area rugs cleaned as well, and each looks much better. ONLY… reason I am not giving 5* is because of the upsell after arrival. It's just a personal preference... but I like to know all my options beforehand so I can discuss with my husband any additional costs, and not have to decide at the time of service something
