Michael and Team are the best. They’ve helped my parents move twice now and each time have gone above and beyond in their service and quality of work. My parents have accumulated 20 years worth of stuff in their apartment and are now a little bit too frail to pack and move on their own. Michael and Team came in and were able to sort through tons of items, pack their important things carefully, move what was necessary, and disposed of the rest. Mike & team came recommended to me by a friend, and boy am I happy I have that friend. Needless to say, I’m incredibly happy with the work they did. This was my first time using movers, and making moves sure made it worth the money! They took our 2 bedroom apartment from start to finish in around 3-4 hours, absolutely insane.
The guys were extremely polite, extra careful with the items, and were very professional.
Mike truly cares about his customer, and he made the whole moving process completely stress free. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to move again without these guys!

I highly recommend Mike and his team, they were amazing!! I've used several different moving companies over the years who were good, but Making Moves stands out among them all. They showed up on time to move us out and all went seamlessly however, due to closing issues we ended up having to move in later than expected. Thankfully Mike made it all work. He and his team had such a friendly and positive attitude throughout the move. No matter how long it took, they were all still smiling, and I mean that, the guys never got grumpy! The BEST moving company! Mike and his team helped me and my roommate throughout our entire moving process and could not have made it any easier for us! Not only did Mike and his team pack up all of our belongings and furniture very efficiently and safely, but they were also able to store everything until we could move into our new apartment a few days later. I was very impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and positive attitudes, even when they were carrying my furniture down 6 flights of stairs!

Mike and his company made our moving experience smooth and painless. From the beginning Mike was very responsive and clear regarding his service, timelines, and expectations. He provided a reasonable moving estimate and was able to help on one of the busiest moving days of the year. He was well-prepared and professional and his crew did an outstanding job of collecting all our stuff and moving it into a 3rd floor apartment requiring many trips up the stairs. They packed all of our things with care and fit it all into their moving truck without wasting any space. All of our belongings arrived safe

Making Moves Moving is one of the best moving companies I have used. For someone who has done 4 big moves in the last 3 years I have seen 4 different companies. By far this company is the best . The care they took to wrap every item was amazing . Even my 20 y/o noticed and made a comment about the care they took with our furniture. They padded the front door and they padded the floor. Update: Mike has now moved me 3 times. I have massive furniture that needs to be hoisted into and out if most locations I've lived near Boston. Nothing has ever been damaged. Mike has a professional staff and always shows up on time with that same smile the day of the job. I will use him every time I move, i continue to endorse him 100%.
