I had a lunch time fire at my location and couldn’t get anyone to help or respond. One call to ABT, and super responsive. They showed up, repaired my system AND got me open with the Fire Marshall, all in time to cook for dinner! 2 hours! That’s worth everything

I have a deli in Nassau County. The Fire Marshal wrote multiple violations for my hood and Ansul system. Within two days of contacting ABT, they had every violation resolved and started their work. Within 2 weeks I had a permit and inspection with the Fire Marshal.

If I would give no stars I would. Just called to ask a simple question and the operator was barking her head off at me. Didn't get a chance to explain anything before she was jamming down my throat. Very nasty, rude and unprofessional. Operator explained they received calls in the past that were scams. Absolutely no reason to take it out on every caller. Nasty is not a way to do business. Absolutely unnecessary and disgusting.

Horrible experience, once they have your money they ignore your calls and get nothing done. When they finally show up unannounced at any given time they expect you to shut your business down for them. I guess they don't know how to make an appointment or that I need to make money. It has been almost a full year and we are still waiting for them to finish. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stress and use another company, I wish I did.

When their sales person "Joe" was ten minutes late for our appointment, I called and was told he would be about 20 minutes late. When that came and went I called again and they rudely told me "He'll get there if it's on the schedule." So an hour and ten minutes after our appointment was supposed to take place, he shows up. He said I would receive an estimate from his boss "Dave" by the next day. 6 days and 3 phone calls later I still have no estimate. Never working with these people again.
