If I could give 100 stars I would! From the customer service, to the work itself, I couldn’t be happier. After purchasing my home, I found out I needed to repipe my entire downstairs. Trust Rooter made a very stressful situation a lot more manageable. Manny was very patient, and explained everything to me along the way. Even the owner Robin stopped by and checked in. We used Trust Rooter for a blockage in the kitchen sink and a shower dripping issue. We had the pleasure of having JOHN come and help us. He was so respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I had someone come in to repair my jammed garbage disposal. I told the technician that my cold water was turned off because it was leaking, which should have been besides the point. He unjammed my disposal for $200 but then turned back on the cold water and left. Of course it was leaking because that was not what was repaired.
I had the guy come back because I don't expect to see a flooded kitchen after a plumber has been in for repairs. I could have turned it right off again but I was angry about it and it was a shock that he left it that way.

The water heater in my condo was leaking and needed to be replaced ASAP. I honestly can not say enough about Manuel and Osvaldo. Not only did they quote the best price in the area, but they were very patient with all of the complicated paperwork and permits that my condo required. This company delivered what they promised me, exceeded my expectations with the work and his efficiency, and they also quoted me the lowest price. Definitely a 5-star experience. Both Robin and Manuel were wonderful! We had an issue with our water heater that Manuel was able to solve. We were so happy with the first experience, that when we started having trouble with a toilet and a slow draining sink, we called Trust Rooter again.
