I founded my company in 1978 and we are coming to a close on our 38th year of business. I am a hands on General Contractor / Builder at the site every day almost all day. I only do one project at a time, so I do not have my clients calling me on a Sunday night complaining and wondering where I have been the last week.
I specialize in historic renovations, new custom homes and reconstruction of 20th century homes. I have also done some smaller commercial projects such as Dentist or Doctors office spaces. Most of my projects are in Southern New Hampshire and Maine, encompassing the towns of Ogunquit, York, Eliot, Kittery, Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye and North Hampton.
I use all local tried and true sub-contractors and craftsmen which took a number of years to put together. I now feel I have as good a team as any in the Seacoast area. Most of my clients would tell you that I don't simply disappear after I hand you the keys. I still go back to their homes 10-15 years later if they call me with a problem or a question.

Services
We are putting the finishing touches on a year and a half complete renovation, and two story addition on the Nathan Parker house in the South end of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This old brick beauty was originally built in 1810. We completely restored the main house, the attached carriage house and stable.
This 7200 S.F. new home was built in 1997. Its exterior columns were simulated lighthouse's which set the theme throughout the rest of the home. It has four different levels on the first floor with a curved entry staircase and barrel vaulted ceiling in the great room. We gutted this 4000 square foot 2002 home, and attached it to a 2000 square foot guest house, 4 bay garage via a two story 40 foot long bridge.
