After two years, I was desperate to seek help as my hearing was going down even more. The waiting through Covid-19 was scary enough and I knew that I had to go out and get tested and see how much I was ready to hear again. Checking in, with Medicare to set the first appointment and going through the testing was a breeze. Trial went well and I love these rechargable hearing aids. I already experienced too much noise and had to put them on calm as people who were trying to visit with everyone at the same time. It took the people who were farthest away lower and I could manage my own little group

I can’t say enough good about Nu-Hearing center! Dr. Haltom is incredible! The entire staff is friendly and professional! They made me feel like their number one client from the very moment I called them for an appointment. The hearing evaluation was very simple, educational, and the diagnosis proved to be completely accurate. There were no pressure sales tactics used at all in explaining my options to purchase hearing aids. I think this is the Best hearing aid Center! Craig cares about his patients. He is real. He doesn't use a speech, or sound like a computer. He interacts depending on the person. I know this from the times I have been in the waiting room and hearing him with the other patients. I also like the woman at the front window. Craig takes time to listen and answer all questions that a have. If you want quality care, Nu-Hearing Center.

They have an incredible policy that allows you to try the hearing aids for 30 days to make sure you are totally comfortable and happy with them before you pay for them. The staff was wonderful and made you feel at easy right away. I liked all the up to date equipment. I also liked the fact that you didn't have to sit in a booth to have your ears checked. Each follow up appointment was very informative. The staff made sure you understood how to put the hearing aids in and that the volume was correct. Made sure you knew how to take care of the hearing aids. Always willing to answer any question you have.

As long as my mother is alive, she will be a patient of Nu Hearing Centers! This practice is truly amazing. You hear about and read about horror stories when someone needs to purchase hearing aids. Not here! I am amazed at how well everything went for her.
