Our experience with the ANR team has been terrific. Tim and Eric have been super responsive and very professional helping to clean up our damage and set up properly to prepare for the repairs. Lindsey and Nate have also been very organized, professional and did not miss a single detail.

I've used ANR in the past for sewage cleanup and was extremely please with their services. I gave them a call to get a quote on Air Duct Cleaning and received a quick response from Chelsea with a great price. I got it scheduled and the technician, Chase, called me bright and early and showed up earlier than expected, which was great! They were hired to do a job to contain visible mold around a vent. From condensation. No further mold was found anywhere at all but they continued to cut out the remainder of a LARGER area to make sure they… matched the potential, worst case scenario quote. A quote that was to be discussed once they looked at the situation closer. Whenever I asked the worker why they did that, he said Jeff said they were to do it. Period. Jeff was to be on site during the job. He was not. They were to assess the situation and go from there with the cost and plan of action. they removed the width of the ceiling

We have used ANR for carpet cleaning services in the past. We own a rental property and sometimes tenants leave the carpet in rough shape. Eric cleaned our carpets on August 23, 2021. He was professional, courteous and explained the entire process. I had some concerns about a particular stain (from a sharpie marker) and he was able to remove it. Upon touring the home, the potential tenant even remarked how nice the carpets looked. Thank you, Eric. We also have some roof and remodeling work that needs to be done. This is the second time this year we have had ANR in our home. This week Tim came to tear up my floors and set ip the dry out equipment, then Chase and Chris came to pick it up 5 days later. ANR Restoration came out today to clean out my dryer vent as it was taking way too long to dry even a small load of clothes. After thinking they may not be able to get a “birdcage” off of the outdoor vent in order to properly clean they vent, Chase went above and beyond climbing 40 feet to get it. They did such an amazing job and the customer… service is something you don’t see much these days. Not only will I recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs the services they offer, I will 100% use them again purely for the outstanding customer service and workmanship.

Recently, my mother cut her leg when a player fell, and broke. She ended up getting blood on the living room carpet from the kitchen, to the front door, and through the hall to the front bathroom.
