Services
I needed a simple fix for a home renovations project I was working on. The garage floor had sunk 2 causing cracks and water to pool. In researching "the best ways to fix sunken concrete" I came across POLYURETHANE FOAM. I learned how it was cleaner, quicker, greener and best part it's a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Before you decide on costly replacement of your concrete allow us to provide you with a FREE assessment and estimate. We can save you a lot of extra time, expense, and mess by raising, leveling, and stabilizing with polyurethane foam. Concrete replacement is messy and expensive, plus demolition and landscaping come at additional cost.
Void Fill: Concrete settling is not the only issue that our foam can solve. Voids under slabs are often present in areas where wash out or excessive settling can occur. Our material will weigh on average 15-25 times less than a traditional mudjacking. This lightweight material will put less stress on an already failed sub-grade.
Sealing your driveway joints is the most important thing you can do to protect it. This prevents water from flowing under your concrete and eroding away the subbase. Caulking all joints, even expansion joints, in your driveway is the top preventative measure. Hairline cracks are common as the concrete ages and weather takes its toll.
Most concrete raising jobs will take between one to two (2-4) hours-start to finish-and your concrete will be ready for use immediately upon completion! Step 1 Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

I had a great experience working with JD at Bison Renovations. He was able to come out and give me an estimate right away and do the job the very next day! My driveway turned out great! I've recommend him to all my neighbors!
