We were planning to build a house with this builder in Voorheesville, NY in one of their developments. We met with Celeste Terry(site coordinator) and the first impression was great, but it did not last for long. We scheduled an appointment with the builder (Steve) in April 2021 to go over the design. For various reasons the appointment was pushed 3 times at the last moment. On the forth time in July 2021 there was no date given for the appointment - 'I'll get in touch when I have a date'. We did not want to take more chances and dropped our idea to build a house with them - we think that's what

We had Masullo build our home, the Madison, in 2007. In 2015 the home suffered a massive loss due to SEVERE water damage, a result of builder negligence. Water was coming in on all levels in every room except the laundry room (only completely interior room). The roof was in complete failure due to NO ice and water shield & the soffit vents being completely blocked by insulation. The house was filled with black mold. The Certificate of Occupancy was removed & we were forced out. We were NOT the only house in our development to have this happen. The house was GUTTED. Our insurance sent engineers

We bought a 10-year old house 3 years ago in the capital region, which was built by Mazzullo Brothers. It “looked” fine when we bought it. 2 years ago, we found all 3 front porches were rotted from inside out, and we had to replace them with a significant cost. Recently we found that the house has defects—the supporting beams of the garage and bonus room, and underneath the siding were not built with water protection layer, and the worst is there was a hole cut when they installed the siding, which led to water erosion into the support beams.
