About time we got excellent service in the home improvement industry. Asked for different quotes on sliding glass doors. Got it. Was told because of the pandemic, may take months for the door to come in. It didn't. Got the call it was in on a Mon. & were installing on Wed. Came on time. Answered more questions. Saved us from having to spend $ to replace the border around the doors inside & saved us from having to call the pool deck coaters back to do touch-ups by the doors outside because they did such a fantastic job taking the old doors out & putting the new ones in. This is the place to go for

Came highly recommended but very disappointed. Called and requested an estimate on a rescreen of my small back porch along with an evaluation to see if the metal work and door needed replacing. The appointment was at 345 pm. I rushed home from work to be there on time. At 415 I called and left a message as no one had shown up. The owner… called back to inform me that someone had already come and measured prior to my arrival. No one bothered to communicate that to me He was also not at all helpful in providing any further assistance in evaluating the remainder of my porch and seemed completely

Thank you to Cox Aluminum for the great job they did in creating and installing window grids for our front window. Throughout the process from 1st call, initial visit, estimate, installation and follow up call we felt cared for by a friendly, experienced, professional company. We love how our window looks with the addition of the grid and would happily recommend them.

The installers were very unprofessional. Broke off stucco on outside wall and did not repair. Did not properly caulk inside or outside. Left off window plugs, took many calls and weeks to get that problem took care of. When I asked about the broken off stucco and black calk all over outside of window, said they were not responsible for that! I will never use again or recommend! When they put blind up they did not know where one piece went so they just nailed it to the wall...who does this???

Our experience with Cox Windows was outstanding! The windows took a little longer than the expected 5 weeks to come in, but this was due to COVID19 and it’s impact on people who make the windows - Custom Window Systems. Cox Aluminum personnel from start to finish were the most honest and professional. It is apparent that their employees (installers) know what they are doing. These guys worked all day and while listening to them talk they do not cut corners. The quality of the installation is superb. Really nice people too from sales to installers to office staff. We used Cox Aluminum to do a whole-house window replacement in January of 2020. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The pitch was low pressure and genuine, the staff all very professional but also personable. Their prices were great, though we did the research and know that we still got quality products.

Cox outfitted and weatherproofed my lanai with sliding windows and the results are amazing! The price was significantly less than their competitors as well. They were beautifully installed and fitted perfectly. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, creative and accommodating. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Cox Aluminum just finished installing windows for us and they were excellent! I got about 5 quotes and they were the least expensive, but also I liked Steve Roberts the best. He wasn't a pushy salesman, just came out, measured the windows and provided a quote. And they take NO money until the windows are in. that's unheard of. Four weeks from ordering to installation and I cannot say enough about how helpful Yvette in his office was when I had questions. Everything went exactly as Steve said it would. I HIGHLY recommend and anything they provide that I may need in the future

It's not everyday that you come across such EXCELLENT customer service! I was calling around the various aluminum dealers I the area looking for quotes on sliding glass doors. My sliding glass door had a crack in it, and needed replaced. I called for quotes, and you would have thought that I was asking for their social security number because they didn't want to quote over the phone. I was told that I could be their competition. Not only did Steve give me a quote, he came over, and made sure that I had measured correctly free of charge. I had a brand new double pain sliding glass door
