Eaton Seating has been providing custom wood finishes for over 20 years. All products with exposed wood are stained in-house using water based stain with catalyzed conversion finish. A nine step spraying process and numerous quality checks ensure consistent top quality results. Choose from one of our standard finishes or provide a sample to match.
Custom finishes require approval before they are placed into production to ensure customer satisfaction. All fully upholstered items are manufactured using a mixture of hardwood and plywood. Hardwood is used exclusively on structural portions of the frame, while plywood is used on non-structural parts with very few exceptions.
Exposed legs over 2 tall are integrated into the frame to increase strength and add durability versus bolt or screw on applications utilized on inferior products. Back springs are typically 11 gauge sinuous springs while seat springs, when applicable, are 8 gauge flat sinuous springs.
