Services
Finding swimming pool and spa leaks can be a very complicated process and not all leak detection companies are equal. There is a lot to consider before hiring a company to locate a leaking problem in your pool. H2Operations has over 10 years experience finding and repairing swimming pool and spa leaks in the Bay Area.
So you've noticed a problem with your pool. Maybe you have some broken spots of plaster, a section of cracked tile, a rust stain that won't go away, or you simply need a new main drain cover. You know the problems need to be addressed soon but draining the pool to do a total re-plaster or remodel seems excessive, expensive, and a gross waste of water.
The severity is of a case by case nature but the problem is all the same. Your rebar structural steel reinforces the concrete and gives it, most notably, tensile strength (resistance to being pulled apart). When water corrodes the steel, the shell begins loosing its tensile strength and becomes more subject to cracking and structural failure during moments such as seasonal temperature shifts.
