Mid Michigan Remodeling

They were recommended to me by a colleague. They did my roof, some drywall work, changed some doors, redid brick steps. All good quality. Very easy to work with. All work done exactly when they said it would be. I trust them for further work in the future.

Mike and his guys were working on our bathroom when the stay at home order hit. They worked as much as they could and wanted the final payment on the day before the order went into effect. They had yet to finish trim, painting, hanging doors and fixtures, paint,d stopper didn't work, open plumbing access to crawlspace has allowed critters into the house. Mike PROMISED to finish the day after the order was lifted. Last communication was in May. It's now August 9th.
After 5 months of waiting, my wife and I have had to take it upon ourselves to finish the remodel and are filing a lawsuit against

They really did a great job remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. Had to gut the rooms to do it. Love my new shower. cabinets, countertop, and floors. Soooo happy!!!

I'm a subcontractor that installs Fire Protection in commercial buildings. In July of 2018, we did work as a subcontractor for Mid Michigan Remodeling at Iron Works at 3081 N. Bay Rd. Saginaw Mi. We have submitted our invoice several time and have not been paid for the agreed price. We can not even get a return phone call back from them. Our work must have been acceptable or the Saginaw Township Fire inspector would not have approved it. I have been installing fire system since 1985. As far as I'm concern they are not professional and honest.

I called on a Thursday to have them come out for a quote on siding. The guy told me he’d be out Friday and would text and email me a quote As far as I know he didn’t show. He didn’t email, text or call me to let me know that he couldn’t make it. I thought maybe he got too busy and would try on Monday even though he didn’t communicate at all with me. Monday went by and I didn’t hear anything. I tried calling again on Tuesday. He didn’t answer so I left a voicemail. He never returned the call. I understand if it’s busy and they’d have to reschedule but I don’t understand why there

Bathroom remodel done right. Mid Michigan Remodeling did an excellent job gutting then totally remodeling my bathroom. Easy to work with and kept project on budget!

My bath room model project looks good. New tile floors, shower, tub, and vanity. They did a great job fixing my dry wall and paint issues. Also repaired the drywall in the kitchen. Looks great.

They are a skilled group of wonderful people. They are professional, responsible, prompt and responsive. I had to take care of a lot of fixes in the house. This team came out did the survey/ estimate quickly and got back to me in a day. They scheduled the work and completed everything on time even in cold weather conditions. I would work with them again myself and recommend them to anyone and everyone.

PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH, RESPECTFUL - Mid Michigan Remodeling installed a solar tunnel in my bath room. They also used some old pine tongue-and-grove (from my previous home) to so I could create a 'coastal' look in the bathroom. They also did some other small jobs at the same time. The team worked well with me, were pleasant to have in the house, and always cleaned up each work area. I would consider them for other projects without question.
