Terrible experience. Paid $17,000 for some marble Lions which were broken in transit. Fines Gallery are refusing to pay me back - they say they need to wait until they make an insurance claim (see evidence attached). This is not legal, but they don't care. I am now taking legal action. I had a terrible impression of them throughout the process - once they have your money, they start talking to you differently - BEWARE!

We have been looking for a bronze bird statue and came across Fine’s Gallery. The show room is breath taking! Worth the drive if your not in the area you won’t be disappointed!
Chris greeted us upon arrival and was very kind and helpful. We purchase a stunning pelican bronze statue/fountain, which we’ll be a fantastic focal point when our front yard landscaping is completed.

We ordered a marble statue and a bench from Fine’s Gallery. I worked with Chris Campbell. The process of placing the order and receiving the amazing products was a true joy. About a week ago my wife and I visited Fine's Gallery looking for a smaller bronze fountain for our new pool which is being built. There's one thing you can say about Fine's. It's quite an upscale and impressive place. We weren't looking to spend $20,000.00 or $30,000.00 on a fountain and my first thought was that we were going to be sloughed off as low end buyers. But in fact, the exact opposite was the case! The salesman, Chris spent as much time with us as we needed to find the exact fountain that would work for us. And above all there was no condescension towards us wanting to be a bit frugal

We have been researching marble fireplace surround for our condo in Palm Coast for a few months. We had the greatest, positve experience from Fine's Gallery! From the time we walked in and were shown the beauiful art work to our home delivery! They have a large variety of statues, pedestals, fountains...etc It was like walking through a museum! First I would like to say that if you are in the SW Florida area you have to see the showroom! It's like walking through a fine arts museum. Chris Campbell was very helpful helping us picking out 2 bronze statues for our pool area. Fines was easy to work with and, was very accommodating working with us as construction delays forced fines to hold our purchases longer than planned. One of the large statues developed a stress crack. Fines replaced the statue. I covered the cost of the return shipping and the new item shipping cost. I could not have asked for a better overall service experience

Our experience with Fine's Gallery was from start to finish extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. Definitely NOT Fine. We ordered an expensive custom item for which we paid a premium price. Fine's is very expensive in general but we knew what we wanted and they assured us they could deliver a beautiful custom marble item. The down payment process would not allow for a credit card so we had to work with our out of state bank to cut a check (who doesn't take credit cards???); then we were told the item would take 5 months which is excessive. We received notice that the item
