We are a Winter Park-based firm, operating throughout the entire state of Florida and licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina as well. Over the years, our growth has taken us to an average annual volume of approximately $40 million. That volume is made up primarily of repeat clients through deliverable methods including traditional bid/build Owner-Contractor, negotiated Construction Manager and Design/Build.
