On the day of the job, Efren and Danny were on time, courteous and very professional. They painted the interior of our home in 1 day and did a fantastic job. They were careful not to get paint on any surfaces other than the walls and did a very good clean-up job too.

Standard preparation is included with every job and is performed according to high quality standards. Standard preparation is pre-written on every interior proposal. Every interior paint project begins with protecting your furniture, belongings, and floors with plastic and/or drop cloths. Red rosin paper is used for added protection on delicate flooring.
A typical exterior project begins with evaluating your project for safety measures and then protecting all non-painted and/or non-stained surfaces from paint splatters and debris. I take extra care not to harm any of your beautiful landscaping, concrete, or other surfaces/areas which are not being painted.

Efren is fantastic! He painted the entire interior of my new house and it looks great! He was able to provide recommendations about the type of paint and give perspective on what I want to match throughout the house and it looks great. He went above and beyond by fixing one of the bedroom doors after he painted it and patched holes. He was able to work around my schedule to get the painting done very quickly. The house was spotless when he was done and he was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend working with Efren.

Efren did such a high quality job on my previous property, I hired him to paint the interior of my new property. Again he did an excellent job. He is a hard worker, and pays attention to detail. He takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the high quality of the work he does. He is so trustworthy, and such a great painter, that I give him the keys to my property and do not even need to stop by to supervise, I trust him so much to do a great job, which he always does. He is the tops in his field, and I would recommend him to anyone.

These guys exceeded our expectations! The work was done in a timely manner, the quality was top shelf and the team was personable and conscientious.
They did our decks and since our house in on a steep hillside they had to deal with some intimidating heights. They nailed it!

Our home is on the market, and we had received many comments how dark the kitchen appeared with black cabinets. A change of color on those cabinets was a must. Changing out the black to a white and getting it done immediately was to be a challenge. Efren was on site with an estimate quickly. He was very professional and helpful with paint color. His website impressed me with the prep setup and quality of work. Another plus is that Efren communicates very efficiently, returning calls and texts very quickly.

Quick appointment scheduling plus a quote on the spot. What else can you ask for? How about the best price out of ten, yes ten other bids.
They did a whole house interior paint job for me. We walked through the house and within seconds... a quote. A quote for half that of the other crooks that did a walk through.

I had extensive! text threads with this painter about my job which were painting kitchen cabinets and repairing some drywall damage in the ceiling. Pictures were sent, etc. He came over and was going to start the next day. When I texted him later that day, he bailed stating he took another job.
Don't waste time on these guys.....they just fish around until more lucrative jobs come their way then they cancel.

We had Efren paint our interior of our new home. It took several coats to cover the old dark colors the previous owner had. He did a thorough job. He covered all fixtures and removed faceplates. We have been in the house several months and have been very pleased.
I also had him paint a rental for me. He did a great job there as well.
He is reasonably priced. I would recommend him.

I've been very impressed with Efren and Avilas Painting. I first found Efren doing an online search and didn't know what to expect, but I have now used him 6 or 7 times on some pretty big jobs (complete interiors and exteriors) and his work has been phenomenal. He is ALWAYS on time to meet me to give a bid and his bids seem to always come in below others I have gotten. I have since stopped getting 2nd and 3rd bids, because I can rest assured that his prices are the best around.
