Purchased a home and was going to go with renewing the bond that had been in another owner’s name for years even though they were going to triple the rate, just for putting it in my name instead. However, wanted to use another company to inspect the new home since we had used them for years elsewhere and we are so glad we did. The other company found NO EVIDENCE OUR HOME HAD EVER BEEN TREATED BY ENSEC!! Please do yourself a favor and make sure you have someone check their work. You may want to look elsewhere.

Horrible!!!! Approached after we bought home, stated time for renewal and would transfer to us as new owners. After 5 years, found out even though we paid annually, no signed warranty contract in iur name ever existed!!! Contacting bbb and local law enforcement anout criminal fraud and civil litigation if in fact can be done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
